THAT AWKWARD MOMENT WHEN YOUR BLIND DATE IS SO FAMOUS AT YOUR AREA AND A LOT OF PEOPLE KNEW ALL ABOUT HIM... AND YOU TWO HAVE SOMETHING IN THE PAST
You read it right everyone, the guy that wore a blue polo shirt and supposedly my blind date, I mean Nicole's blind date tonight was none other than the most famous Physician in our hospital and my classmate before, Dr. John Alexander Myers
Oh God! Why? Why Him?
I will really kill Nicole for this!
We already sat down on our seat and I just gave him a smile
"Is everything all right?" he asked me with a worried looked on his face
I just nod at him and said, "Yeah! Dr. Myers, everything is good"
Then he just smiled at me
"So Nurse Margaret, your my date tonight huh?" as he said it he puts a smirk on his face, and I can't help but just to look at him
"Nurse Margaret?" he asked, and I was snapped out from my trance, oh no! did I just did something that made him think I was his fan girl or something? oh Shit!
"Oh! So sorry about that Dr. Myers, actually it's supposed to be my friend that was your blind date tonight" I told him
"Really?" he asked in amusement, "we do have the same fate, my friend was supposedly your date also, I'm not the one to be your blind date tonight, and well, your date had an emergency so he tried to call me and ask me to be his substitute"
"Oh!" that's just the word that formed in my brain, so it's not really him that I was supposed to have a date with. Whatda!? I mean Nicole's blind date, oh men! Why I keep thinking about this is my blind date? Gosh!
"If it's not you that supposed to be the date of my friend? Then why is it the booking was under your name?"
Oh Crap! I didn't even think of that
I just gave him a faint smile and said, "My friend was just joking around about the names, so that's why the booking was under my name"
I just mentally slapped my forehead when I said it
Oh God! Lame excuse! very very lame excuse!
"Hhhmmm!" putting his index finger on his chin, like he was thinking, "And if my memories serves me right, you don't like going on dates, especially the blind date ones, am I right?"
My jaw dropped and I was dumbfounded when he told me about not going on dates
OH MY GOD!!!! He stills remember it...
THAT AWKWARD MOMENT AGAIN!
Okay guys! Let's just say that Doctor Myers and me have like what you call past moments, well, me and him are classmates way back in college, like what I said before, we have something in the past
And well he's not the great Dr. John Myers like everyone knew now, he's just the plain, simple, heart throb Nurse John Myers before in our university where we studied.
He always ask me to go out with him before in college but I always end up rejecting him, that's what I meant when I said something. He's really just a friend to me and not the upper most level, so yeah! that's it! And well, like any other student, I'm really focused on my studies, no partying and everything, I'm focused on my goal that's why and like what my classmates said even Nicole, I'm a little bit geeky, not too much but a little bit
