Chapter Seven

Lucy:

I'm so sick and tired of waiting.

I'm ready to kill Roman and take back my mate children. He deserves his family and that's just what he's going to get. Time is running out, and the council should be around at any moment, given that I know they've contacted them. I have to get to Neko and those babies...but HOW?!

"You keep over thinking like that and you're going to get wrinkles."

"Oh haha, you're so funny." I snapped. Misao only grinned at me, "easy there fangs. I was only trying to make you laugh"

I huffed "this is no laughing matter. We have to figure out what our next move is".

He began to rub my shoulders,  and getting a full whiff of my scent. "Listen...how about I help out some? I know you volunteered but it seems...you're in need of some assistance" he kissed my neck.

I thought for a moment...
He may have better chances of getting what he wants then what I've been doing. Plus I'd hate for my love to be unhappy... "What did you have in mind?". He smiled widely, cupping my face in his hands, " I so happy that you asked".

Roman:

"Eliza, is mommy still asleep?"

She only stared at me. I've learned to get used to Eliza's preserved personality, it's quite strange though. She doesn't act much like a baby, Emry whines and cries more than Eliza has ever in her life.

"I take that as a yes" I laughed, picking her up and hugging her. Neko's mom said that Neko was the same when he was a baby, which would make a lot of sense I guess. I walked into our bedroom, seeing Neko still sound asleep and hugging Emry close. I smiled, putting Eliza right next to him, she ran her tiny fingers through his hair as if to wake him up.

His eyes slowly opened and he smiled seeing Eliza, "hey there".

"Plan on getting up or comming to eat breakfast?" I asked.

He kissed Eliza on the forehead and then turned to me "what's for breakfast?".

"Cereal? Toast? You're pick my love". He smiled and sat up, kissing me. The morning was pretty relaxing, we all took a family bath and headed to my parents house. The girls were immediately swept away by my mother and Neko's sister, so we didn't have to watch over them the whole time.

"I'm glad you two came over today" my father said, seeming alittle uneasy.

"What's the matter dad?" I asked, my brother Akito only looked at me, but whispered to Neko which made him sit down. "What's going on??", my father pulled out a letter from his desk and slide it towards me. I picked up the letter, it was addressed to me, opening it I almost went numb.

Dear Roman,
I have waited long enough for my family to return to me. You've stolen what is rightfully mine and to say the least I'm not very happy, you put your hands on my mate and you've kept my children away from me.

Since we didn't get to finish our fight last time, I would love to be able to rip out that little throat of yours. But I have a proposition for you; hand over Neko and my children, and I'll leave your family alone. If you refuse, I will take them by force and kill every single person on that reservation.

The choice is REALLY up to you.

I snapped out of my trance and saw Neko's sweet face filled with worry. Misao wants to take my mate and children away from me....he'll really stop at nothing....
