That day, you smiled at me and told me not to worry about anything.
I was happy you were chasing your dreams, fulfilling your destiny.
I was content with the words, "I will never forget about you."
The words, "I wouldn't even be going, if it weren't for you."

So I held on.

Before you left with hope in your hands, I wasn't able to say what I had really wanted to say.
"I love you.." You started, holding my heart in your hands.

"We'll always be best friends." You ended, tearing away words that were yet to come out of my mouth.

I smiled, and held it in.

Maybe I could say it next time, I thought foolishly.
"Good luck, Harry." I said, hugging him one last time.
"Make your dreams happen." I whispered into his ear, making him smile.
"I'll see you after the auditions?" I ask when he lets go of me.
"Sure, love." He grins.
"Do your best. I'll be cheering for you." I say finally, and he laughs.
"I'll try." He says, before getting into his mum's car.
He rolls down the window of his car, and waves at me.

"Bye, Ellie!" He says, as the car stars moving slowly.

"Goodbye, Harry."
