chapter 31

Destiny PoV:

"Babe calm down, she's gonna be fine" I said as we pasted back and forth in the waitingroom of the hospital.

I don't know what happened, but the hospital called Jaxon when we we about to sleep and told us that Kayden was in an accidnet. I didn't even know what to say to Jaxon to make him feel better, cuz I was just as upset as him.

"How the fuck am I suppose ta calm down when my child's got a load of shit hooked to her and they ain't lettin' me see ha" he said pissed.

"Aye man, we're all upset okay, we juss need ta pray, arguing ain't gonna resolve this" CJ said with a hand in Jaxon's shoulder.

I walked over to all the kids, MeMe and Marra were crying. JJ was just looking down and the rest were all juss confused I guess.

Everyone came. Dad was here with Kae and they both were quiet. Jade and Nae were here, they left the kids at home , because I guess it was late.

I went over and sat back next to Jaxon juss rubbing his back, trying to console him.

"You need to call Orella" I said quietly to him.

"That's the funny thing. Because I did over a fucking hour ago and the bitch ain't here." He said as I shook my head.

"Family of Kayden Howden" the doctor said coming closer to us.

Me and Jaxon quickly stood up and everyone followed.

"Is this all the immediate family?" The doctor asked.

"No, but it's fine. Can you juss tell us how she is" I answered wishing he would hurry the fuck up

"Well we have got her in a stable condition, but" I hated that word, it would erase all the excitement of the sentence that came before it.

"But?" Jaxon said moving his hands.

"But due to the impact of the crash, she's fallen into a coma" the doctor said which caused tears to run down my face.

"C-coma" Jaxon started laughing.

"Are you fucking serious, how the fuck is she in a coma. Why aren't you doing your job and treating her and then you come here all calm telling me my daughters in a fucking coma" Jaxon said walking off.

I juss began to cry as CJ hugged m and rubbed my back. I was beyond upset now. Why is this happening God? Why her? She's 20. If you were really God, you wouldn't do this to me, to Jaxon. (Side note: Don't question God. He has a plan for you).

"Where's my baby? Is she alright" Orella came in through the door asking as she spotted me.

"Where the hell have you been. Your daughters been here for over 3 hours and your just coming now" I yelled going towards her but CJ and dad pulled me back.

She rolled her eyes and pushed her bag up her arm.

"What happened to her" she asked CJ.

"She was in a car crash" he answered as I began to cry all over again.

"And... She's in a coma now" he added as her face dropped.
