[Chapter 30: The Call...]
For the past three weeks, I've been working, Running every morning at 6:15, And... I haven't seen any word of about the death of my parents. Sigh... I still miss them.
"Oh Lighten up Lauren~! You still have me here!" Sidney said trying to brighten my mood. But it wasn't working. "Wh-what do you want Sid?" She growled at the nickname I gave her. "Oh nothing. Just trying to get you up so I can posses you!!" She snared and snapped. "But I don't feel lik--" As I was talking, my phone rung interpreting me. I slowly moved over in the chair and picked up my phone. "H-hello?" I answered with a shaky voice.
"Hello? Is this Lauren Gassaway?" A male voice asked on the other line. "Y-yes... This is she. Who is this?" I asked looking over at Sidney who just shrugged. "This is Scott. Ya'know, the Manger of the last two pizzerias." He said. "Oh hey Scott. What'cha need?" I asked smiling trying to make me sound perky like before.
"Well... This may seem odd. But... I need you to work the night shift at the new Fazbear's Fright horror attraction." Wait what? Horror attraction? I don't remember anything about one...
"Uh... I know I asked you about it years ago... But. You Would remember, right?" Scott asked.
"I uh... To be honest, I have a bad habit of not remembering important things. So I don't even remember." I said shrugging and looking at some of the papers on my desk. "Oh. But would you still do it? Please?! It would do me a lot!" Scott basically begged over the phone. I sighed looking back over at Sidney. "What? Don't look at me for the answer, Baka!" She snapped. "Okay, okay. Fine. I will. Just uh... Where and when do I start?" I asked.
"Oh uh! I'll text you the location, and you start tomorrow night at midnight. Ya'know, the same schedule you sent off last time." He said.
"Alrighty! Talk to ya then!" I said in the most perky voice I could ever do. "Yeah. Chat with ya then." And with that, he hung up, leaving me to lay back in my chair and look at Sidney.
"You are one foolish human if you ask me. Other then that. You are 'Okay' I guess to be with. Don't get any ideas, Baka!" (Sidney has got to be one of my most favorite Stundere characters ever. XD)
Sidney looked at me with fire burning in her eyes. Talking about a firey temper. "Don't think about my temper! I can read your thoughts!" She snapped again.
"On hush. I know." I laid on my desk and muttered. "I know..."
Sidney came closer to me and rubbed my back, before saying. "Oh you big baby." She patted my head and pulled up a chair next to me. "You really need some more friends. Talking to a phantom is just plan stupid!" She patted my hair even more, sitting down. "Then don't talk to me..." I muttered.
She smacked my the back of my head. "Oh hush!"
"You said that, Not me." I chuckled.
"Ha ha.. Shut up!" She said standing up. She walked over to my bed and laid down on it, crossing her legs and putting her arms behind her head. "What? Got a problem with this?" She snapped at me, and closed her eyes as if she was gonna fall asleep.
"Th-that's my bed... And your not the one who was work tomorrow." I sighed and sat down at the end of my bed
