Asking you to be his girlfriend

Luke and you have been friends for as long as you can remember and there has always been something about him that pulled you in and you couldn't quite grasp what it is that has you so hooked on him. Most people see you guys as being really close friends and of course that's what you guys are, Close friends right? I mean of course you have always have had a thing for the tall Australian hunk but nobody really knew besides your best friend of course and you are pretty sure the other boys knew as well but hey, who knows. Today you are going to hang out with Luke and go to the same typical arcade that you guys normally go to but today you are feeling unusually nervous today for some reason.

You throw on your red and black flannel with a black shirt underneath, Black jeans and black vans with a nice SnapBack added. You stay very light with your make up and straighten your flannel collar before heading out to meet up with Lucas. You get in the front seat of your car and drive to the arcade listening to Blink-182 on the way there singing and jamming out to every word with your ray-bans on like you normally do. As you pull up to the parking lot you see Luke standing in the front of the arcade waving at you and smiling brightly. You pull in, park and head towards Luke.

Luke- "Hey Dork, I've missed ya. You ready to get your Ass kicked in Ski ball?" He says as he laughs and lightly gives you a shove.

You- "In your dreams Hemmings, You haven't beat me in a game of Ski Ball since we met. Nice try though, I'm liking the confidence." You say as you smirk at him and push past him to head in and get the tokens.

You and Luke nearly rush to the token machine, getting as many tokens as you can laughing as you guys stumble over to the Skii Ball game carrying over 50 dollars worth of tokens. It was nearly all of your savings but it was very worth it to you in this situation.

Luke- "Here," He says as he places a token in your game slot, "You go first and show me what you got." Luke smirks at you and winks. You roll your eyes and laugh as you throw your ball and get 50 points on your first try.

You- "Ha! Try and do better than that." You smirk knowing damn well that you are going to beat him like you always do.

Luke- "Don't get too confident over here Y/N, Watch this." Luke says as he places a coin in his game slot, He grabs a ball and really focuses on the ball and lane before him. He starts biting his lip and playing with his lip ring and you can't help but stare at him and start biting your lip.

"God, he's so cute... If only he knew how I truly felt." You think to yourself as Luke throws his first ball and lands a perfect 100, Your mouth opens in shock and Luke starts laughing.

Luke- "I told you to not be so shocked! I have been practicing just so that I can beat you." He smirks and laughs.

You- "I'm going all in, You are in for a very rude awakening Lucas. Just wait! It's on." You say as you laugh and shove his shoulder.

You and Luke kept playing Ski Ball all afternoon going back and forth and he unfortunately won a lot more thank you thought he would even though you normally beat him in every Ski Ball game you guys have played since you were 14. As you guys finish up Luke walks you all the way out to your car stopping as soon as you guys got to the hood of the car.

You- "I call a rematch, maybe my playing game was just off tonight because you have never beat me in a single game and this is impossible and unacceptable." You joke as you guys both laugh hysterically.

Luke- "You know Y/N, I really had a fun time tonight." Luke laughs nervously as he rubs the back of his neck and looks down at the pavement.

You- "I did too Luke! It's always fun when we get out and do stuff like this." You say as you smile and give his arm a light squeeze.

Luke- "Well, I don't mean like that Y/N." Luke looks into your eyes and his eyes are twinkling in the moonlight and he grabs your hand as you blush.

You- "What do you mean?" You ask as your voice shakes.

Luke- " Y/N, I have had the biggest crush on you since the day that we first met. Something about you just catches my eyes every time and keeps me wanting to come back for more every time. You have me hooked Y/N, Kind of like a drug... You are addicting." Luke says very sweetly and lovingly as tears form in the corners of your eyes.

You- "Luke.... I do-" You are cut off as Luke clashes his lips with yours catching you off guard, You feel your body lighten and a fire it night in your soul, You feel... You feel.... Alive.

Luke- "Y/N, Will you make me the absolute happiest idiot in the world and be my beautiful and amazing girlfriend?" Luke says as he pulls your body close to his.

You- "I thought you would never ask." You say as he bends down and kisses you on the forehead.

Luke- "I'm glad because I honestly have no idea what I would do without you, You are all I need." He says as tears start forming in his eyes.

You- "And I wouldn't have it any other way, You are all I have ever wanted Lucas." You smile as you wipe the tear that has escaped his eye.

Luke smiles as he kisses you and opens your car door and let's you get in.

Luke- "Oh and I am definitely on for that re-match, Ready to get your ass beat in it again?" He smirks at you and chuckles. You roll your eyes at his very cocky comment and let out a laugh.

You- "In your dreams Hemmings!" You wink as you close the car door.

As you pull out of the parking lot you see Luke walking to his car and suddenly he raises a fist in the the air like he won the million dollar lottery and smile on the entire way home, This boy has you hooked like no other and you can't believe you finally have the man of your dreams.
