Chapter 8 - The Extra Suprise

As I walked into the house trying to hide the shock on my face, my dad called me into the kitchen, as I sat down at the island he handed me a mug of hot chocolate, then told me to brace myself.

Dads POV

I handed Peyton a mug of hot chocolate as she sat down on the island counter, I told her she had to brace herself for what I was about to tell her.

" What's up dad? " she asked me with a sense of worry in her tone

Me and your mum have a surprise for you.. We have just won a competition, the prize includes three concert tickets and access all area passes, for One Directions take me home tour...

My daughters face dropped " what do you mean by access all areas? She asked me with so much excitement in her voice. I began to tell her that she was going to spend a full weekend with One Direction, and she stopped me with a huge hug

" Thanks dad " she blurted out and then went to call Kerrie and Charlie to tell them the news and that they were going with her.

Peyton's POV

I was so excited I couldn't wait and then the thoughts hit me... I was going to spend a full weekend with my long lost big brother.

Would he recognise me?

Would he believe me and did he even know about me?

Something wasn't right i began to feel weak and light headed, collapsing to the floor was the last thing I remembered, before everything suddenly went black...

* At the hospital *

Beep, beep, beep, was all I heard as I began to come to my senses. There was Kyle sat In the chair to the left of me and Kerrie and Charlie on the end of my bed. I fluttered my eyes open and was attacked my my two best friends and boyfriend as they piled on top of me.

Hey guys, get off of me.. I screamed whilst laughing, then trying to push all three of them off me. How did I end up here? I asked Kerrie whilst still trying to figure how long I had been here.

Kerrie's POV

Peyton asked me how she had ended up in a hospital and i began to explain what had happened. You'd gone upstairs when your dad heard a loud crash, that's when he ran upstairs to find you collapsed on your bedroom floor.

He called an ambulance and they brought you here. They said that you just fainted and that you should be fine but ran some blood tests just incase.

" Blood tests!! " Peyton screamed she hated needles and started to freak out.

It's ok sweetie, I told her that they had already done the tests, and were waiting on the results as a sigh of relief passed her face. I was her best friend so I knew her well, so did Charlie that's when she realised that Peyton barley drank anything and that she would've been dehydrated, I guess that's why she fainted.

Kyle's POV

Just then the doctor walked in with the results from the blood test, I hated seeing my girlfriend so ill, she looked drained and it scared me.

" Miss Swift we have the results from your blood tests " the doctor began to say with a worried look on his face then carried on speaking.

" Miss swift you are severely dehydrated and we will need to keep you in over night and get your fluids back up " the doctor began to say just then I stopped him.

Doctor sorry to stop you mid sentence but can we stay over night?

" yes of course you can " the doctor said with a smile on his face as he put Peyton's chart on the end of her bed then left the room. We all rang our parents and got settled for the night in the private room that Peyton had within the hospital.
