Chapter 2 - My birthday

It was the morning of my 16th birthday and I awoke to my mum knocking softly on my door then entering my room with breakfast on a tray.

Mums POV

"Morning sweetheart I brought you your favourite; pancakes with maple syrup and bacon with a pot of tea"

Thanks mum I said in a tired tone

"It's ok sweetheart, happy birthday darling".

Just as my mum left the room, my iPhone began playing a familiar ringtone - Set this world on fire which was by the janoskians, it was my boyfriends ring tone, it was Kyle.

Kyle's POV

It was 9:30 am, I decided to ring Peyton and wish her a happy 16th birthday, after all I was her boyfriend.

Hi baby happy birthday!

"Thanks gorgeous" she said yawning through the phone, I kinda guessed she had just woken up.

So you have a big day today, are you ready for your party? I asked her as she sleepily yawned down the phone.

"Yeah I'm really excited I can't wait for you guys to see the new house, it has an indoor pool and jacuzzi. But there's so much planning to do, ooh and I can't wait for you to see me dress :)"

Neither can I. I told her that i had to go and that I loved her then hung up, I really couldn't wait to see my girl in that baby blue dress.

My POV

After I finished talking to Kyle I went down stairs to open my presents and was shocked when my parents told me I had to go outside. My mother then put a blindfold carefully over my eyes and guided me out of the front door.

After I stepped outside i opened my eyes to find a brand new silver jaguar with white leather seats and a beautifully crafted wood interior. I couldn't believe it when mum said I still had another present waiting for me and we headed round to the stable doors where I found a beautiful grey Stallion with a big bow on a pink and grey saddle.

"He,s all yours darling" my mum commented as I happily named my new horse Jenson.
