Long Lost family - A Harry Styles Story

Chapter 14 - Everything has Changed

Niall's POV

We made our way out of the tour bus and through the arena and we decided to race round to the food court Harry threw Peyton over his shoulders, I did the same with Charlie, Louis picked up Kerrie then Liam piggy backed Zayn.

Harry and Peyton won the race but as soon as they burst through the double doors, without any warning Harry dropped his sister an begun to stare at the food court floor before quickly coming to his senses.

As the rest of us arrived at the food court and ran through the doors, non of us were prepared for what we saw, we instantly knew it would change some of our lives for a while. Harry and Peyton's mum Phoebe was lying out cold on the stone food court floor in a coma, non of us new what to do.

Harry ran to his mum's side and Peyton followed cautiously in her big brothers footsteps, then watching her brother helplessly fall to his knees, the pain clearly raw on his face before collapsing to her own.

" mum, please wake up mum please don't leave us! Some call a fucking ambulance don't just stand there!! Harry screamed falling to his knees then quickly composing himself as he suddenly gave his mum CPR hoping she would respond to it.

My instinct was to grab Peyton and shield her from what was going on I couldn't let her see this. I ran over to her and wrapped my arms around her but it wasn't enough, she had quite a bit of strength and pushed me to one side loosening the grasp I had on her waist and made a break for the double doors.

Liam's POV

I ran after Peyton as soon as she left she must've made her way to the gym, i'd been looking for a good 15 minutes and still couldn't find her. It's the only place I haven't looked yet, an I desperately needed to find her I had to get her to the hospital with Harry, who was currently in the back of ambulance at their mothers side.

I eventually found her in the gym, she had found the vaults, springs and mats. I stood there amazed at how easily she landed a triple vault with such grace. Then it dawned on me that gymnastics was how she channeled her anger and hurt, although I had never seen a girl with so many talents. Watching her gracefully moving on to the beam I had to bring myself back to my senses after witnessing her shear beauty.

As she carefully landed two cartwheels across the slim beam and composed her final landing position, she noticed me stood there.

" hey, how long have you been stood there? And where's Harry? " Peyton asked her questions with so much anger in her tone but she always seemed so delicate.

Hiya, long enough to see that you've got enough anger in you to land a triple vault perfectly, Harry is fine he's gone with your mum to the hospital so get changed because that's where me and the other three boys are taking you.

" ok how long will it take to get there?" She asked slightly confused.

About ten minutes, come on honey lets go.. While waiting for Peyton to get changed I began to wonder how many years she had been performing and practicing gymnastics, she had so much skill.

Peyton's POV

I had no clue that Liam had been stood there that long, all I knew was that it took some power to land the triple vault the way I did, I had so much anger to channel I kinda smiled when Liam said I landed perfectly.

Even though I was still kinda angry and wanted to just scream at the world, I agreed to go with him to see mum but first I had to change so we made our way back to the bus. I changed into my red jeans, cream top and my brand new purple converse that Harry had just bought me as a birthday present.

We made are way to the car which the boys had hired, Zayn sat in the from with Liam and Niall was with me in the back of the car. After my gymnastics session I was a little tired so went to sleep on Niall's shoulder, just as I drifted off the boys woke me saying we were at the hospital.

My life always seemed to be filled with questions that I never had the answers too, it made me so angry that i couldn't take control but this time I was determined to get the answers I desperately needed yet somewhat deserved.

Like what exactly happened to mum and how did she end up in a coma?
