Mother would say if I hadn't made my stupid anger and inability to control my self get it the way I wouldn't be out here in the cold right now.

Sally walk out the house, wait... Maybe she and that guy a friends,, what if he sent her to get me....
"Sally, I'm so sorry..... I don't know what came over me--"
"Lucy!, it's fine"
This really must be a dream, yeah that's it..... A dream, am going to wake up in my dorm room and laugh at this whole thing.
"What.... What do you mean it's fine?"
"It is, he's an asshole"
Yeah damn well he is, that guy snock up behind me and scared the shit out of me.
"uhm... Maybe I should just leave"
"Nathan isn't ready and I didn't drive"
That reminds me why I need a car of my own.
"okay, am really sorry"
" Don't be, he had it coming"
What kind of people are these.
The only parties I ever went to where birthday parties.
Mom would get me one of those funny looking hats and dress me in my best, even now that I'm nineteen she still wants me to wear the hat.

Everyone went back to having there kind of fun, some making out, some too junk to even walk and others just sat down talking.
Sally move over for me to sit beside her in the corner, Nathan with his arm around some blonde and the guy I punched sitting on my left with a dark brown hair guy on his right and a blonde on his left.
"Everyone, this is my roommate Lucy" Sally broke the silence
Sally gave everyone a warning glare, I was sorry not scared.
"Lucy, that's Natalie" Sally continue pointing to the girl in nathan's arm
Natalie had waist length blonde hair with brown hazel eyes.
"Jake" Sally point on the brown hair guy on the right of the guy I punched.
He look deep into my eyes which rush fear in my veins.
"Ryan" she turn to the gym I punched
His face had no trace of blood, there was a split on his lip and blood stains on his white V neck t-shirt.
"Sarah" Sally point to the blonde beside Ryan
They all turn to face Sarah as she look at me and laugh, Sally sending her a warning glare.
If I leave this place right now I'll look like a complete idiot. My adrenaline begin speed up, unable to contain my temper I turn to Sally. She recognize what was going on and held my arm.
"What's your problem? " I turn to Sarah
She is clearly frighten by my outburst, her smirk remain on her face and she focus her attention on me.
" You are, who do you think you are? " Sarah fire back
I felt the pleasant feeling as my adrenaline rush, I imagine using my nails to just craw her face off.
" First of all those eyebrows of yours should be your problem" Sarah move her hand to her eyebrows
I resist the earge to laugh at how ridiculous she looks.
"Secondly I know who I am, maybe if you spend less time fixing that nest of a hair of yours you would know who you are"
Standing up from where I was sitting, I turn to Sally.
"No, wait" Sally pull me back down
"Lucy,let me get this straight, first you knocked me out then you told my girlfriend off" Ryan remark
Obviously he had no taste, Sarah's face was crowded with make up and her outfit revealed far too much cleavage.
"Ryan" Sally snap
"No no, I like her" Ryan confirmed
"you what? "Sarah yell claiming the attention of a few nearby persons
" Yeah, finally someone stood up to you of all person and that prank of mine deserved that punch"
This has to be a dream, he couldn't possible approve of me telling his girlfriend off and punching him.
"Uhm... Okay? " I ask confuse
"You've got to be kidding me" Sarah say go her boyfriend
"What's your problem? " Ryan mimick my words.
Sarah roll her eyes and sunk deeper in her seat. Sally an I laugh at the same time earning a death glare from Sarah.

I try the sixth door on this floor with no luck, I really need to use the bathroom.
The last door on the floor and I step inside and turn the light on. Jake and Natalie..... Wait isn't Natalie nathan's girlfriend,
Jake remove his lips from Natalie as soon as he notice that some one was in the room.
"You said you closed the door" Natalie fires at Jake
"Holy shit" Jake say while looking at me
Natalie was cheating on Nathan with a friend of his, they actually taught I would be the one to tell.
"Lucy, Uhm.... It isn't what it looks like" Jake explain
He look as ridiculous as James looked when I caught him cheating, that sorry look on his face, ashamed and embarrassed. Seeing Jake made me reminded me of how I felt.
"Isn't Nathan like your friend or something? " I have to ask
" Uhm... Yeah I guess" Jake answer
Jake's reach over and grab his shirt while Natalie run her hand in her now shaggy hair.
"Please don't tell anyone? " Natalie beg
I wasn't planning on it, Nathan needs to find out on his own after all he despised me for some reason and it wasn't my place to tell Sally.
" Yeah, where's the bathroom? " they both share a worry look
" Over there" Jake directs me to the bathroom
There was the smell of liquor and vomit all over, I want to throw up at the smell of it.
"I'll just wait on till I leave" I step out of the bathroom and address the two
"Lucy--" Natalie begin
"Don't worry, I didn't see anything" I assure her
Why do I not feel the urge to inform Nathan, he isn't fun of me and it isn't my place to say.
"Let's get back down to the party" I turn to Jake and Natalie and say
"Thanks" Natalie whispers
This was never how I imagine college life.
