She begins to cry on my shoulder once again, of course, I don't care again. I just let her cry, rubbing her back gently as I hold her tightly. "Thank you.." She says quietly. I pull away slightly, kissing her forehead gently. "You'll be okay, Pacifica, I know you will. You're strong, I know you can get through this." I whisper quietly into her ear.

She soon pulls away, tears rolling down her face, she's about to wipe them away but I beat her to it, wiping them from her face, looking into her eyes. "Why.." She starts, looking down slightly, "why did you stay? How could you have left your brother? Even your pig.. How were you so willing to do that?" I smile slightly, putting my hand under her chin, pulling her to look up at me. I look into her eyes once again. "It was for you, Pacifica.. I just.. Couldn't leave knowing you were hurting." I say, pulling her face closer to mine. Our noses almost touching. I smile slightly at her as her face continues growing red from blush.

"WHY ARE YOU IN HERE AND NOT THE GUEST ROOM?!" We hear her mom slam the door open, yelling, causing Pacifica to quickly push me away. She then notices the window is open causing her gaze to turn to Pacifica, her eyebrows furrowed in anger. "Pacifica, you're grounded. I mean it this time. We're cutting you off." She says sternly, causing her eyes to widen as she almost speaks up, but quickly catches herself, nodding, looking down slightly. Mubmling a, "yes ma'am.." Her mom looks at me, anger in her eyes. "No." I start quietly, "it wasn't her fault. I just.. Wanted to see her again. It was my fault. Don't punish her. Punish me.." I say, looking up, looking her in the eye, not afraid of what she might say.

"Why are you so willing to get introuble for her?" She asks, confusion in her voice.

"Because she was willing to get introuble for me before. And I care about her." I say with a smile, wrapping my arm around her.

She sighs deeply as she face palms. "Just- go to your room." I do as she says, leaving her room, but not before I kiss her cheek gently. "Goodnight, Pacifica." I say as I walk towards the door, past her mom, into the guest room.

I close the door behind me, turning the light off as I go back over to the window, about to close it, when I hear her mom talking to her.

"You think I don't know what you're doing." She says, her voice stern.

"What do you-" Pacifica starts, but is soon interrupted by her mother, "don't act dumb. I know you're not. You know exactly what I'm talking about. You and Mabel."

"But nothing's happening between us!" Pacifica protests. "Because her wrapping her arm around you and kissing your cheek is nothing?"

"I.." She sounds flustered. "That doesn't mean anything!" She practically yells at her mom.

"Don't use that tone with me." Her mom says sternly.

"Y-yes, ma'am.." She says quietly. "Now tell me the truth." Her mother says sternly. "I.." She starts. "N-no!" She stutters out.

"What did you just say to me?" She asks sternly. "You heard me! I told you no!" Pacifica snapped back.

"Pacifica she is not a good influence on you. I'm going to talk to your father to make her leave." Her mother says to her, causing my heart to shatter.

"What?!" She yells, "you can't do that! She has no where to go!" Pacifica yells back at her, not caring about getting introuble anymore.

"She has her shack of a home." Her mom says, a lot of sass in her tone.

"She's supposed to be on her way back home! She left her brother, her whole life behind to stay with me! You can't take her away from me!" She yells back, causing a small smile to come onto my lips as my cheeks burn slightly.

"She needs to go home. What's her parents number." Her mother asks, causing tears to form in my eyes.

"N-no! How come now all of a sudden you're being a good parent?! You're not taking away the one I love!" Pacifica yells back once again, causing my face to burn as a wide smile comes onto my lips.

Her mother gasps as I assume her eyes widen. "You- no. Pacifica, this is just a phase. You're not allowed to see her until this phase is over."
