As their romantic vacation came to a close, Emily and Norman stopped cating about paprazzi. Who cares if they're seen together? Who cares if they are together? No one could ruin this moment for them. No one could force them to be unhappy. All they need rigjt now is each other- and the world can shove it.

Exiting out of the main gate, it occurs to Norman that their week's vacation some how turned into a month. A month of iinvisibilty to the press. A month of solitude. A month of no phone calls, emails, or texts- not even from Mingus. It is as though he disappeared from the Earth... Which is why this crowd of people at New York's Airport are jammed packed with cameras and people ready to get the scoop on Reedus' disappearance. He doesn't shy away though. Even with Emily. He holds her tightly to his side and they proceed to get their bags and hail a taxi.

"Norman! Ashley at People Magazine- where have you been for a month? And are you and Emily Kinney in a relationship? Give us info Norman!"

One right after another. All of them- leeches. Doing all they can, they make it to a taxi and finally have to peace. Taking the taxi to Norman's, Emily just smiles up at him and holds his hand between hers. She's so happy right now that she doesn't care about anything else. He is her world. A world that is so comforting and safe.

"Hello?"

"Hi Dad!"

"Mingus. How is everything going?" Emily continues to lean into him and listens to the conversation.

"Good. Mom dropped me off a day early--"

"Seriously? Is everything okay?" Helena normally wouldn't drop Mingus off if something wasn't alright with her. She loves keeping him longer than allotted.

"Yeah, she just needed to go to Berlin for a conferance. How was the trip?"

"We'll tell ya about it when we get back Mingus. Don't worry." They hang up and Emily just looks up at Norman and smiles softly. He's such a good dad. He's such a good man. Arriving at Norman's they fight the crowd that the sleeze ball paparazzi created and head up to Norman's. Turning the nob, they enter the home and find Mingus sitting on the couch watching Sleepless in Seattle.

"Dad! Emmy!" He bolts from the coucha md hugs them both tightly around their waists. "So...how was it?"

Norman and Emily look at each other and Emily puts her left hand out showing a cute diamond ring and wedding band. Mingus jumps up and down- cheering and hollaring in excitement.

"Oh my God! No way! No way! This is so cool!!!" Emily and Norman just laugh and Mingus hugs them once more.

"So not the Evil Step-Mother?" Emily curiously asks.

"NOO!"

"Hahaha- hey, let's order in and watch Netflix." Norman says and Emily and Mingus bolt to the comfiest part of the couch- the chaise. Norman looks at them huddled under a blanket, flipping through the movies and commenting to each other about which one looks good. It's as though they are already best friends. When the Pizza arrives, Norman gets to door Mingus pauses the movie as they all take a big wiff of the deliciously smelling White Pizza- half with sausage and half just veggies. Rushing to the table, it's like Pavlov's dog- they start digging in immediately, barely thinking about manors, let alone plates.

In a matter of minutes most of the pizza is gona and they are all back, strewn across the couch watching the next episode of Raising Hope.

"God, I'm stuffed." Norman moans and goes to cuddle Emily.

"Don't...I'll blow chunks on you." She painfully says and everyone giggles.

"We definately should have slowed down." Mingus says, covering a belch.

"Or just ordered a Medium instead of large." Norman suggests.

"That too..." Emily whines and tries to secretly undo the top button to her jeans without the boys noticing. It's embarrassing, but it needs to be done.

"Did you just unbotton your pants?" Caught by Mingus.

"Hahaha you totally did! Aw that's so cute!" Norman replies and Emily starts to blush as the guys surround her and poke fun.

"Stoooopp....I just wanna be comfy! Why do you boys have to be so mean?" Hiding her face in a throw pillow, the guys starta tickling her, which as she said, is a bad idea. Sitting up, she rushes to the restroom and throws up in the toilet. Father and son glance at each other and stop laughing. They feel bad about making her sick.

After not coming back for a few minutes, Norman goes to look for her, but she's not in the bathroom. The only other place she'd go is his room, so he checks there. Opening the door, she's curled into a little ball, wearing a pair of Norman's pajama bottoms and a tee shirt. She looks so sad and pathetic laying in the middle of the bed all alone. Walking over to her, Norman spoons behind her and kisses neck.

"You okay?"

"I told you to stop." She pouts.

"Honey, we didn't mean to make you sick. Honestly. We're sorry."

"It's always gonna be you two ganging up on me. I'll never have somebody on my side."

"Unless..." Norman says sweetly.

"Unless what?" She rolls over onto her other side facing him and finds thay ridiculous smile.

"Unless we have another baby..." Norman kisses her forehead and pulls her closer.

"Is that a serious suggestion or are you joking- cause I can't tell any more."

"It's a serious suggestion, Babe. You. Me. Mingus. And a baby. Our baby." He gives her a few more kisses and looks at her deep blue eyes and pleads with his own. "What are you thinking?"

"I'm thinking yer nuts....but I'd love too."

"Oh, you make me feel so young." He kisses her lips and soon rejoin Mingus on the couch.
