Chapter 11: Date Time

Yola! Happy White Day! Sorry for those who don't have anyone to spend the day with. I have to spend the day with school 😭Moreover, sorry about the time difference, that is, if there's any. It might either be the 13th or 14th or 15th over at your place, and I upload it at HK time 14th, so...I am sorry again for the time difference. And this is, I know, a late update. Sorry about this, because I forgot there's this friendly fencing competition in another school that lasts for two hours, taking away my free time! Lastly...yeah! Let's see how the date goes!

Aira's POV

Turning off the alarm, I yawn tiredly, forcing myself to get out of bed. "Ohayō, Aira-chan." Karma said from my chair, flipping through my book, wearing a red T-shirt, dark blue jeans and sneakers.

"Ohayō." I replied, going into the bathroom. I quickly freeze and look over at his smirking face. "What?" He continues smirking, and I screamed. "What are you doing in my apartment!?"

"I took your keys the last time I am here. Thought I would come over and scare you a bit." He said smoothly, dodging a book I took randomly to throw at him. "Get out! Get out, get out!" I shout, quickly pushing him out and shuts the door in his face.

I can hear him laugh outside, saying, "I will cook you some breakfast. Get ready in 10 minutes or I'm breaking the door." I scoff, quickly cleaning myself up and look at the clothes the girls picked for me last night. But they sure are persistent...

**Yesterday**

"A date!?" Everyone shouts, and I fake smiled, hitting Karma's stomach. "Yes, a date. A forced date. He did save my life."  Rinka walks up to me, her voice calm. "Did you pick an outfit yet?" I froze. She sighed, and look over at the others, and they immediately understand what she was implying.

Kayano walked up to me and tugged on my sleeve, grinning from ear to ear. "We are coming over to help!"

"Ehh!!?"

"Your house is so clean!" Kurahashi gasped, sitting down. One of my eyebrows twitched, and I put my bag away before glaring at them. "And why are you all over here? I thought only Rinka-san and Kayano-san are coming."

Rio smiled slyly, opening my closet. "Well, you see, it is not everyday that someone in our class is going on a date with the prankster. And you can stop addressing us so formally. Aren't we friends?"

"I guess.." I mumbled, sitting down just when she threw a huge batch of clothes at me. "Try this on, and this, and this..." Rinka sighed at Rio's enthusiasm, and stood up, pulling her away from emptying my closet. "Rio-san, you can't keep taking the clothes out." Just when I am relieved, she said, opening my other drawers. "We have to choose some from here as well."

"Rinka-san!"

And then after a few hours, they finally decided on this. I quickly put the outfit on, letting my hair down. Guess this will have to do...

Karma's POV

Finally hearing the door open, I look up from her TV. "You are finally done? I was thinking of..." I trailed off, eyes widening at the sight of Aira. She is wearing a blue, open-shoulder short sleeved t-shirt with a white jacket in her hands and short ripped jeans. And it makes her look cute.

When she shifts uncomfortably from my stare, I look away. "You look nice." I mumbled, and I can hear her walk over to the table. "Arigato. And you said you would make me breakfast." She said quietly.
