Michaelangelo's P.O.V.

"Don't get me started! So, why are you here?" he asked me sarcastically.

"Uhm, I just wanna apologize for what happened this morning. I'm just a bit shocked with what happened to you...with what you did." I replied feeling rather queasy.

"Really? So gusto mo talaga akong tulungan nung mga oras na yun?" said he.

"Of course, you're my brother. Why would I leave you alone?" I replied rather reluctantly.

To be honest, these conversations make me feel uneasy. I don't really like talking this way with my brother because he's clingy and I don't want him to cling to me more. It'll hit him like a truck when I'm not around to be there for him anymore.

"Bakit mo nga ba ako iniwan kanina? Tiningnan mo lang ako at tumayo ka lang sa likod ko. You didn't even stand up for me," he said while looking towards my direction.

Nakikita ko na sa mata nya na paiyak sya. Para bang bata na iniwan ng magulang sa mall or sa park. Tinitigan nya ako sabay yakap sa akin. I stroked his hair and niyakap ko din sya. He was always the little brother for me. He's actually quite immature for his age. I mean, we're both 16 and he's acting like he's 5 maybe less.

"Look, hindi kita ipinagtanggol right away because I wanted you to handle yourself. Hindi ako palaging nasa tabi mo habang buhay. You need to grow up Carlos. You can't stay in mom's womb and my shadow forever. You need to stand up for yourself and man up!" I said trying to motivate him.

It looked like that me motivating him didn't worked at all. He even buried his face in my chest and cried even more.

"Look, I wasn't trying to scare you. Alright, if you need me, I'll be here. Ill protect you." I said as I hugged him tightly.

"Thanks," he said as he wiped his tears from his face.

"Alright, enough talk. Let's see that power of yours!" I said excitedly.

I was really excited for this. Why? He's my brother. He acts like a child but he has powers so he can defend himself whenever he needed defense.

"Shhh, mom might hear you. She might get mad with me using my powers." he whispered.

"Huh? Uy hindi ah! Kinausap ko na sila mom at dad tungkol sa powers mo. I even explained to them yung benefits niyan para sa'yo, kaya sige lang. Let's practice on you using your powers," sabi ko.

"Not tonight and not inside the house!!" sigaw ni mom.

"Alright, let's get some sleep then. We can practice using your powers. We don't have school for a month because of you! You're the best brother ever!" sabi ko to comfort him.

"Really? That seems bad. What about our grades?" sagot nya.

"Meh," sabi ko.

The Next Morning...

Carlos' P.O.V.

I woke up again really early. Someone keeps knocking on my door and that someone won't stop.

"DUDE! WAKE UP! IT'S MORNING WAKE UP DUDE! WAKE UP!"

I look at my alarm clock and I was really annoyed. It's 3:15 am! Who wakes up at 3 in the morning? What is wrong with people? I stand up, walked towards the door and unlocked it. I open it and see Mikey looking at me with a grin.

"What do you want?" I replied groggily.

"Time to train you to use your powers dude!" he replied with excitement.

"Is mom okay with you training me to use my powers? You don't even have any powers of your own." I replied curiously.

"Well, sabi niya kasi, we can practice in the backyard. And since it's still early, walang pwedeng makakita sa atin. So, kailangan natin araw-araw from 3:00 - 6:00 ng umaga!" he replied.

"Won't our plants burn?" I asked curiously.

"Ang dami mo namang tanong! Just come with me!" sabi nya.

We went down to the backyard and it was amazing! I didn't notice that our backyard was so big! It was like a stadium for battle! Everything was fireproof so that nothing will burn whenever I hit something.

"WHOAH! KUYA ANG GANDA NITO! SINONG GUMAWA NITO?" I asked in shock and excitement.

"Kahapon, nung nalaman nila mom at dad na mayroon kang hidden powers, pinagawa nila ito agad para maturuan kita ma-train yang powers mo." he explained.

"Alright let's start," he continued.

I started to channel every strength I had and tried to inflame my arm again. Just like before from the cafeteria.

I breathed in, slowly. Dahan-dahan, unti-unti nag-inflame yung braso ko. Mainit! Sobrang init! Hindi ko kaya!

"Kuya! Help!" sigaw ko.

Kumuha sya ng fire extinguisher dun sa case ng mga fire extinguishers at ginamit sa akin. Ang sarap! Ang lamig! Slowly, nawala yung apoy sa braso ko.

"What happened?" he asked curiously.

"S-sobra-sobrang init!" sabi ko.

"Alright, gusto mo pa ba? If not, we can stop. We can continue tomorrow. It's almost 5 in the morning," sabi nya.

"Okay, let's continue tomorrow. I'm hungry. Make me breakfast kuya!" sabi ko na ala-baby.

"Anong 'make me breakfast kuya'? Ikaw tong may kapangyarihan na makapagluto, dapat ikaw na magluto para sa akin, hahaha," pang-aasar nya.

As the days passed, natuto ako gumamit ng powers ko. Pero so far, ang kaya ko lang gawin ay gumawa ng fireballs.

Gusto ko naman sana mag-move up sa abilities ko. Ayoko naman sana ng puro fireballs lang. Gusto ko ng long-range shots. One morning, tinanong ko si Mikey.

"Kuya, pwede magtanong?" I asked curiously.

"Yup. Oh, ano yun?" sagot nya.

"Pwede ba ako mag-move up ng powers? Gusto ko sana matuto ng fire arrows para naman sana long-distance shots. Please!!" pagmamakaawa ko.

"Ah, fire arrows lang ba? Bakit di mo sinabi? Meron akong ginawang metallic bow dito. Kailangan mo na lang matuto gumawa ng fire arrows," sabi nya

"Yaaaay! Salamat kuya!" pasasalamat ko.

Hinawakan ko ang bow at dahan dahan kong hinila yung cable nya. Habang hinihila ko, I kept visualizing the look of the arrow na bibitawan ko.

Suddenly, nakita ko yung fire arrow na nabuo ko. Ang ganda! Tuwang tuwa ako. First time ko makagawa ng long range weapon. Without thinking, binitawan ko ito, not knowing it was pointing inside the house.

We heard mom shriek in terror.

"Carlos! Michaelangelo! Stop whatever you're doing and come inside! NOW!" sigaw ni mom.

Oh no, it seems like we're not gonna hear the end of this. We slowly entered the house.

"Hi," greet ko.
