Chapter 17/Hiccup discovers Thyra is gone

Hiccup

I was flying with Astrid, and I thought about what Toothless told me. Astrid and I knew each other for five years, and it was possible that we were meant to be together. Astrid looks at me, but she couldn't understand me as a Night Fury. Stormfly also looked at me. I decided to talk to the Nadder. "Hey, Stormfly." "Hey? You're a Night Fury! Toothless didn't mentioned to me that you were one!" I chuckled at her outburst, "Well, it's kinda a big secret for the both of us for five years. I was well, the one who kidnapped Astrid in the first place." She said, "Oh. So, you're going to ask her out?" I was so surprised of her question. "How did you know?"  She shrugs, "It was kinda oblivious. Even Meatlug and Hookfang made a bet who would ask first." "Well, I am, and I'll ask her when we get to Berk."  I replied.

Astrid

I wondered what Hiccup is saying to Stormfly. He must've used Dragonese, and he's right that I couldn't understand the language. It sounds like grunts and growls, but it sounds like Hiccup understand what Stormfly was saying. We flew back to Berk, and Hiccup transform into his human self. I said, "I'm still trying to adjust that you're a Night Fury, Hic." He said, "Don't worry, Astrid. You'll get used to it before you know it. I um, want to ask you something." I was confused. What he trying to say? "What is it, Hiccup?" I asked the young Chief. Hiccup took a deep breath and asked me, "Astrid, will you please be my girlfriend?" I was speechless. I didn't expect that! I thought for a moment before answering his question. Then I kissed him in the lips. He looks surprised at the kiss then he pulls me aside, "Is that a yes?" I rolled my eyes, "Do you really need an answer for that, Fishbone?" He laughs, "I guess not. I'm going to check on Thyra. She would be happy once I tell her that we're a couple now." I kissed him on the cheek, "See you later, Chief." He smiles and left to find Thyra.

Hiccup

Yes! I finally asked my long-time crush to be my girlfriend! It took me five years, but now it's official. I went to Thyra's room as I possibly can and I burst out the door. "Thyra, you're not going to believe what happened! Thyra?" I asked. The room was empty. The bed was made, but she was nowhere to be seen. I was concerned about her, and I whistled for Toothless. Toothless came at once, "What is it, Hic? Something wrong?"  I nodded at the Night Fury. "Have you seen Thyra and Lilith anywhere?" I asked him. He shook his head, "No. I haven't seen them this morning." I said, "This is bad. She could be in serious trouble. We have to find her, before she gets herself hurt." The Night Fury said, "Well, let's go find them! Stoick and Skullcrusher can help us!"  I thought of the idea and said, "That's a great idea!" I run off to the Great Hall and I told the Chief the situation. He said, "You and her are similar all right. Always gone off without telling. Don't worry, Son. We'll find her." We went on our dragons and went to find her. Thyra, what are you doing?
