Zach took the car for school.

The only other person I knew that had a car was Theo, and I wasn't keen on that idea. Angel always took the bus, along with our other friends, Wendy, Violet and Dani. February was going good for us, it was quite warm actually for most part, but this morning was not the same. Looking out the window I saw the grass was covered in a thick blanket of snow that was still coming down from the sky, it must've snowed all last night. I pulled a heavy jacket over todays outfit, which was a black shirt with a black leather jacket and floral skinny jeans. I tugged on snow boots and put my silver flats in my back pack. I really hope Zach will get over this soon, I'm not going to be able to walk ten minutes to the bus stop every morning. Then it hit me, Drew! Drew had a car, maybe he could drive me. I whipped out my phone and called him, he picked up after two rings.

"Drew! Are you driving to school?" I asked hurriedly.

"Yeah I'm just leaving now," he replied, his voice strangely different from being warped over the phone.

"Do you mind picking me up? My brother took the car," I asked sweetly, he agreed and I gave him my address. I took off my snow boots and put on my flats, after a couple minutes, Drew's shiny gold car pulled up. I hurried outside and got in,

"Thanks so much, it's freezing out there," I said breathlessly.

"It's no problem, was Theo not available?" Drew asked.

"Uh, actually I didn't try him," I replied, fiddling with a loose string on my backpack.

"What happened?" He asked, his brow furrowed, Drew was almost the opposite of Theo. He had light brown hair, almost dirty blonde, lighter skin, and bright blue eyes. He also clearly didn't go from girl to girl because Angel and him had been dating for almost two months.

"The whole Theo kissed Delaney thing," I replied.

"Oh you found out about it?" I nodded. "Well, you see, Theo really didn't kiss her, she kinda kissed him."

"What?" I asked, confused.

"Yeah, they were talking and she just leaned in and kissed him, he just sat there and the kiss was over before he could react. He didn't want to throw Delaney under the bus, that's why he didn't tell you that part, Drew explained.

"Oh," was all I said. Should I still be mad at him? I mean, even before I learned about the kiss, I said I was done with him. He's still a player, a player I shouldn't be around.

"Blaire, wait!" I heard Theo calling as I rushed through the hallway, sadly, he caught up to me. He grabbed my arm and I turned to face him, yanking my arm free of his grasp.

"What do you want?" I asked harshly.

"Blaire, just talk to me please," he begged, looking me in the eyes. I crossed my arms;

"Here, I'm talking to you, you happy now?" I narrowed my eyes and he shook his head.

"No I mean-" he was cut off by the bell ringing.

"I have to get to class," I sighed, and pulled away from him.

"Nope," he said, wrapping his arms around me and pushing me into another janitors closet, I tried breaking free but he was way too strong.

"Let me go!" I yelled before he closed the door and stood with his back against it. "Is this some sort of method to get girls to like you? Well let me tell you, try another plan!"

Theo looked like he was holding back a laugh,

"This isn't funny!" I shrieked, Theo nodded his head, smirking.

"Yeah, definitely not funny," he said, before bursting out laughing. I crossed my arms, a smile tugging at my lips, before long, I was laughing too. When we finally calmed down, I spoke up,

"Drew told me the real story."

"Yeah, I didn't want to put any bad feelings in between you and Delaney," he replied, putting his hands in his pockets.

"Yeah I get it," I replied.

"I'm really, really sorry," he said, taking my hands in his.

"Your forgiven, after all, I'll need a ride to school," I joked.

"Haha real funny," Theo rolled his eyes. "Why can't you take your car?"

"My brother and I are in a fight and he's taking it before I can even wake up in the morning," I waved it away with my hand.

"Aw that sucks, why are you fighting?"

"Family issues," I shrugged, Theo looked confused, but didn't press any more. Theo cupped my face in his hands, leaned in a kissed me gently, I felt my stomach flipping over once more, and the hair stood up on my arms. I slightly pulled away, and so did he.

"Theo..." I whispered.

"Yeah?"

"Tell me the truth," I sighed. "Do you have feelings for Delaney?" Theo bit his lip, his brow furrowed.

"I might," he sighed in defeat, "but honestly Blaire I really like you." I nodded my head,

"I know Theo, and I like you, I just can't risk this," I looked down.

"What does that mean?"

"I like you Theo, a lot, and this is hard to do this but I don't want to get hurt," I replied.

"I won't hurt you," he said.

"Look Theo, I just can't stand watching you with other girls. I know there's obviously a reason that we're not dating, and I think that reason might be Delaney. I'm sorry," I stood on my toes and kissed his cheek. I pushed past him gently, opened the door, and stepped out into the hallway.

"Bye Theo."
