"Hello?" Leigh spoke into the phone, confusion filling her voice.

"Lee it's me! Where are you! I need to meet up with you!" I yelled into the phone as she chuckle on the other end.

"I'm home and aren't you suppose to be in detention?" She questions.

"Yeah well J- Ms Thirlwall let me go early" I answer and I knew she was smirking.

"Cool well yeah I'm home" she speaks after a quick couple of seconds of silence.

"Okay heading over" I say hanging up and walking down the steps and down the sidewalk.

What were you thinking! I like her. No I love her. Wait, I have only known her for a day! Jade make up your mind!

My thoughts continued to scream at me as I paced in my room. "I mean I did enjoy it" I murmured to myself.

"And maybe I could have a chance with her" I say more loudly fighting with my brain that told me the opposite.

I was interrupted by a knock at the door.

"Come in" I say fixing myself up as I probably looked beat.

"Hey Jadey how was the first day" Jesy says entering my room as I plop down on my chair and put my feet up as she sits on my desk.

"Actually it wasn't that bad" I say sighing as I tap her thigh with my foot. "What about you?" I ask as she laughs.

"Worst day ever" she says trying to make a joke of it but I knew inside she was hurting from all the negative comments she gets all day.

"Jess don't let them beat you down, I love you, your friends love you, and your family loves you" I say making her cut the joking at give me a thanking smile.

"Thanks baba" she says as I get up to hug her.

My heart and brain continued to fight with each other.

"Well that's all I wanted to know, il let you get your work done" she says hopping off the desk.

I decided my brain has won this battle.

"Wait Jess?" I said making her turn and raise her eyebrows waiting.

"There's this girl...." I start as she runs back over to the desk and sits down full attention on me.

"Student? Teacher?" She asks before I go any farther making me laugh.

"Student" I say bluntly making her eyes widen.

"Ohh Jadey getting naughty" she laughs hitting my arm lightly with her elbow.

"Shut it and listen" I say as she does.

"Her name is Perrie Edwards and shes-" I say but she butts in again.

"The Perrie Edwards?!" She says shocked.

"Will you stop interrupting-" I try but she shushes me.

"No no you have a crush on The Perrie Edwards?!" She says her pointer finger in the air like she was still trying to process what I told her.

"Yes the Perrie Edwards" I say making her shake her head and laugh.

"Really naughty" she says making me laugh and shake my head.

"Are you done Jess? Is this it?" I say waving my hands around if she wanted to say anything else.

"No I think I'm done, it's just I know her well at least I've heard of her and I heard she's the schools bad girl or something" She says making me sigh and shake my head.
