The past couple of days went by very slowly.

Britain was able to make the list of all abandoned places near our crime scene, so we mostly visited all 25 of those.

Except all were vacant. Kade was nowhere to be found- almost like he had mysteriously transferred out of London to somewhere much farther away. If that's the case- well ha, we're screwed, and so is the rest of the world.

Me, Britain, Will, and Kory were all sitting at the dining table doing random things to take our minds off the boredom, and blocks in our heads that stopped our thinking on this mission.

I sat between Kory and Britain who were involved in an intent game of scrabble, while WILL sat all the way at the other end playing with his rubix cube.

Besides all the area scoping the past days, Kory and I worked on my feelings every night. He helped me face Will again with keeping my head up high. No more tears were going to be spilt over him anymore.

But I also explained to Kory how I had feelings for both him AND Will. He said he knew that already, and that it didn't really bother him as much as it should have. He still plans on making me 'his' somewhere in the future.

"I just don't get it." Britain said, interrupting our silence of an afternoon. He cleared the scrabble board, and handed it to Kory to clean up.

"You said that he'd go closer to the crime scene." His words were directed to our enemy's brother.

Kory stopped what he was doing, and looked up at him, "He is closer- but just because he wasn't in an abandoned area, doesn't mean he's farther away."

"So you're saying we should continue looking close by?" I asked, Kory following with a hesitant nod.

"Aye- he doesn't know." Will sighed, "We're basically wasting our time sitting here."

"Then what should we do? You know- since you seem to be the one complaining about how nothing's getting done." Kory said.

Will rolled his eyes with a shake of his head, "Just saying that it'd be nice if we could get moving."

"I have it!" Britain shouted, jumping up with a clap of his hands. All of our faces lit up with a sense of hope.

"Let's-try-the-" he paused and looked at our anticipated faces with a smirk, "Church!"

Every face fell.

"That's the stupidest idea I've heard since I was twelve." Will snapped, causing me to throw a piece of popcorn at him.

Will picked up the corn and threw it in his mouth with a sly smile.

"Let's just face it than." Britain sat back down, "It's over."

"We can't give up just yet." Kory added, "Let's just wait a while to see if anything else comes to mind- something sensible."

"I agree with Kory." I said.

"Of course you do." Will muttered forcing Kory and I to both glare at him.

"I'm going to get some air." I rolled my eyes as I stood up, and left the three men to themselves. Sometimes I wonder why there couldn't have been another girl allowed to come with me- one that wasn't plotting against ruining my life.

After a 5 minute trip from my suite to outside the hotel, I breathed in the fresh, London air around me. A nice breeze blew by, causing my brown locks to blow all over the place.

I closed my eyes and imagined myself lying on the beach somewhere- not worrying about anything, or anyone.

The sun was hot, the water a clear blue- and one hunk of a guy lying right next to me. I slowly tilted my head, as that one familiar face appeared- Kade.
