"-So Amy told me to tell you that you're fired.." Samantha told me.

Disappointment washed over me. Now where am I going to work? How am I gonna make money?

Right now Sammy and I are in the music store looking for guitar strings, for hers broke the other day, and then she drops that news on me.

"Oh, uh I guess now I can search for that better job I've been looking for," I fake a chuckle.

"I'm sorry to just drop that on you while we're here," She apologized.

"Oh it's fine," I lie.

She could've maybe told me when we were home.

We walked around for a bit when I see the guys along with Ricky. I'm still furious with him from the other day.

"The guys. Avoid at all costs," I say.

We walk the opposite direction of them but unfortunately Balz saw us.

"Cheyenne!" He calls out.

I close my eyes and breath in. I turn around and awkwardly smile at them as they walk up to us.

"Hey.." I fake smiled.

I'm not unhappy to see them, only Ricky.

"What are you guys up to?" Chris asked.

"Just doing some looking for guitar strings," I said avoiding Ricky's gazes.

"That's always fun haha," He said.

"Yeah," I chuckle.

"So the guys and I have to run but come over tomorrow?" Chris invited.

"Sure," I smiled.

"Coolness,"

They walked off except Ricky.

"Cheyenne I need to talk to you, please," Ricky begged.

Samantha just stood there awkwardly.

"Sam I think we should be going," I say.

"I think we should," She said glaring at him.

We walk out to the parking lot and I was about to get in the car when someone grabbed my arm. I turn to see Ricky.

"Seriously leave me alone I have nothing to say to you," I snap.

"Please talk to me I'm sorry," Ricky pleaded.

Sam came to up me.

"Listen, I have to get going Amy wants me at work,"

I sigh and nod my head.

She walks off and I turn to Ricky.

"I don't want anything to do with you, I hate you, I hate you so much for what you did to me while I was drunk," I spit.

"I'm sorry okay? I'm sorry I took advantage of you like that, I should've respected you more," Ricky apologizes.

I can tell he's sincere about it too, by the tone of his voice and I can just tell by looking in his eyes.

"Yeah well, apology not accepted," I say crossing my arms.

"God Cheyenne can't you see I'm trying?! That night meant everything to me! I-I miss you so much can't you see?!" Ricky cried.

"Yeah, you should've thought before you did what you did in high school," I simply say.

"I... Ok, I get it, you're angry and you have all rights to be mad, just please listen to a song, it'll explain all this that I can't explain," He said.
