Shinu made, translated as "To Death", is a video tape that surfaced in 2010. The recording was uncovered by the public following the bankrupting of the [NAME REDACTED] film company in Japan. While it was found in the possession of the company during its bankruptcy in 2010, the video was not actually created by them. The origin of the video is unknown.

The video has been noted to induce suicidal thoughts in people who've watched it, and many individuals have committed suicide after completing it. While many believe this to be due to the video's apparent paranormal nature, it is in fact due to the disturbing content within the video itself. As of this date, a total of 12 people have committed suicide.

The video begins with the screen filled with static as a buzzing noise can be heard, similar to the buzzing of a bee. This buzzing increases in volume until it completely fills the watcher's ears. The viewer can eventually detect a low humming sound, which is identified as the singing of a little girl. The accent of this female is Japanese and she can be heard singing a lyric. The translated lyric is listed below:

Death is near,
Death is far,
Death will come for you,
Death will come for all.

The girl will repeat the verse several times, before white noise overcomes the sound. During this point, the viewer will begin to display signs of acute fear.

The video will cut to static which will last in duration for over twenty minutes. After this, the video will start to play a news report. This scene is from a 1999 news report that aired on a Japanese news program. The news is in Japanese but can be translated to reveal that the news report is on the apparent homicide of a sixteen year old girl named Suki Reina. The murder of the girl took place in 1999, and occurred three days before a formal dance that occurred at her high school. The murderer was never caught. The method of killing was the removal of her voice box and fifty eight stab wounds.

The video will cut to the black background screen again. This time the white text reads (in Japanese) "Suki Reina ni taisuru tsumi wa, mi senjō o iku koto wa arimasen" and which translates to "The sins against Suki Reina will not go unwashed". The text fades. That's when the video ends, after cutting to static once more.

It should be noted that although the numerous suicides of viewers have no supernatural elements, the video has several paranormal traits including the fact that the video disappears when the viewing is completed, only to reappear in the mailbox of someone else.
