Chapter 29

Lauren POV

I parked my car outside Camilas house and sat in silence for a few minutes. (Cos somebody stole my car radio and now I just sit in silence.) I can't believe I gave Leanne the chance to be my friend and all she did was insult my girlfriend. Jealous bitch.

I got out of the car and headed to the front door, which opened just as I was about to knock, and someone jumped into my arms. "Lauren! I havent seen you, in like years!" Sofi yelled, overexaggerating, as she  gripped onto me tightly, making me laugh lightly at the younger Cabello.

"Hey, Sof. Its so nice to see you, I havent seen you in ages." I admitted, ruffling the girls hair as she laughed along with me. "I havent really been here much, mom told me that dad died, which upset me alot. Mom and Mila have been arguing a lot too, so I usually stay at a friends house, but Mila said shed take me out to the movies tonight so Im allowed to stay home tonight!" Sofi said excitedly.

"Sofi! Where are you? Why is the front door open, get inside you little-oh Laur, hey." Camila said as she came outside, and Sofi laughed at her. "You were gonna call me a little shit again, werent you?" Sofi asked as Camilas eyes went wide. "Dont say that word!" Camila scolded her younger sister, who rolled her eyes. "You say it all the time." Sofi said as Camila tried to protest. I put Sofi back down on the floor as she looked between Camila and I mischieviously. "You can kiss your girlfriend now, Mila." She said, before she strutted away, back inside the house, and I could feel myself blushing immensely.

"Sorry about that." Camila told me, looking at me shyly. "Its fine, I love your little sister, shes adorable." I told Camila, who pouted. "I'm more adorable than her though, right?" She asked, as I moved closer to her, burrying my face into her neck, wrapping my arms aroud her torso, loving the feeling of being in her arms. "Sure, Camz." I said, hugging her tighter. "Lauren, I love you, but i cant breathe." She told me, as I let go of her. "Sorry." I told her, as she raised her eyebrow at me.

"Is this about what happened with Leanne in Starbucks?" She asked me, as my head snapped up to look at her so fast, I swear I almost broke my neck.

"How do you know about that? It was literally like 20 minutes ago." I said, as she took her phone out of her back pocket. "Oh babe, the power of social media." She told me, as I ducked my head embarrassed. "Oh." Was all I said, as I kept my head down.
"Thank you for sticking up for me." Camila told me, gently lifting my head so i was looking into her beautiful eyes, her hand slowly caressing my cheek. "I'll always defend you, no matter what." I admitted shyly, watching as the smile on Camila's face grew bigger, which made me smile even more. What can I say? Her smile is beautifully contageous and I love it. "I love you." She told me, resting her forehead on mine. "I love you too." I told her, pressing my lips onto hers, as she kissed me back eagerly.

"When you're both done exchanging saliva, can we go Mila?" We heard Sofi's voice from behind us, as we quickly separated, laughing at Camilas impatient little sister.
"I hope you don't mind watching the new jungle book film, I promised Sofi I'd take her." Camila told me, as Sofi announced she was going to go and put her shoes on. "Of course I don't mind. I hope you don't mind me singing along." I told Camila, as Camila just laughed at me. "Sofi will love you if you sing along with her." Camila told me, as Sofi came running back out the house, shoes now on her feet. "Will you really Lauren?" She asked me, as her eyes filled with excitement. "Of course, kiddo." I told her, picking her up and throwing her over my shoulder as she screamed excitedly. "Lets go and get your seatbelt on while your sister goes and gets what she needs." I told the younger Cabello as she was still laughing over my shoulder, as Camila agreed before heading back into her house.

Camila POV

I loved how good Lauren was with my little sister. Sofi means the absolute world to me, and so does Lauren so the fact they both get along amazingly warms my heart. Lauren always knew how to make her laugh and smile and Sofi has already told me numerous times how much she adores Lauren and her presence.

I ran upstairs, quickly slipping my converse on my feet, and picking up my purse. I headed back downstairs, getting ready to walk out of the door, but my mom stopped me, calling my name.

"Wheres your sister?" My mom asked, once i peeked my head round the living room door way. "Shes outside with Lauren. Laurens helping her buckle up in her car, we're basically ready to go." I told my mom, as she nodded. "Are you sure you have the money to take them out?" My mom asked, as i rolled my eyes at her. "Don't roll your eyes at me, Karla." Great, shes mad again. "Mom, I've been saving my money for ages so I can take Sofi and Lauren out." I argued back, as my mom just rolled her eyes. Dont roll your eyes at me, Sinu I thought to myself, but did not dare to say it out loud.

"Okay, but dont have your sister out too long, and dont loose her either." My mom warned as I nodded, before quickly turning around and finally leaving my house.

When I got into the car, Sofi was laughing her head off, and Lauren had a small smirk plastered on her face. "Whats going on here?" I asked suspiciously, as Sofi went to tell me something, but Lauren imediately shushed her, causing me to cringe.

"Sorry." Lauren quickly said to me, before turning to Sofi. "Remember, Sofi, its a secret!" Lauren told my little sister, who quickly covered her mouth with her hands. "Im not even going to ask, I mean, unless Sofi wants extra candy tonight then-"
"Lauren told me a story about how this one time, you guys were going to go in Dinahs pool, and you ran down the stairs so fast, that you fell straight on to your ass!" Sofi said, as I glared at Lauren. "Okay, you little snitch! I thought I told you that you had to say butt." Lauren said, trying her best not to laugh as I glared at my girlfriend. "Sorry Lauren, but I want more candy!" Sofi said excitedly, as Lauren shook her head, pretending to feel betrayed, which didnt last long, as soon all 3 of us were laughing our heads off, as we made our way to the cinema.

Lengthy AN but its kinda important, so please read? Thanks if you do.

AN: This was a filler chapter so i could explain to you all that im gonna read all of what ive written so far as this probably doesnt make sense anymore, since ive forgotten what ive even written lmao oops.

I might put a Camren/Norminah double date filler chapter in here at some point, so thoughts on that?

If anybody has any suggestions or ideas for chapters/plots feel free to comment and I will imclude your ideas.
