Camila POV:

It was crazy to think we'd all been through so much this year. At the start of the year, I was the laughing stock of the school and the only friends I had were Dinah, Mani and Ally. Through this year we'd met Lauren, who soon became my girlfriend, James and Jaymi, who kept us updated on James' dream to become a football player, and Taylor, who'd always looked so intimidating but turned out to be really kind and sweet, despite being very loud and hyper a lot of the time. We wouldn't change her for the world, though. Then there was Jenna too, who soon became Ally's girlfriend, something I never thought would happen, in fact, I never thought any of our small group would end up dating girls, but Dinah and Mani ended up dating each other! There was also Josh and Leanne, who started as enemies first...I'm glad Josh is getting the help he needs, and I have a brother now that cares about me. And to finish the year off, Ally was heading to college next year...it was going to be weird sitting in our spot on the field without her, but she was doing what she wanted to do, and she wasn't going too far away, so she could still see us and Jenna whenever she wanted.

The principal, or should I say, ex principal, got about 300 hours of community service all together, and isn't allowed to go into any career that involves teaching or caring for children/teenagers. He has a full written record of the situation that he is required to show future employers. Kylie got about 3 months in jail. It wasn't much, but I knew it was enough to make her life hell, the way she had with mine. Unluckily for her, she'd just recently turned 18, so she'd be in a proper prison rather than a young delinquents prison, and I've seen Wentworth...all I can say is, good luck Kylie.

The last few months of school had been bliss. No one tormented me, I had my friends and my girlfriend by my side, and the hallways were a lot more peaceful without Kylie unleashing her evil wrath on whoever she felt necessary. Lauren's parents ended up giving in and allowing her to stay here in public school, since we only had a year left before college anyways. I wanted to go to a Music college and study the arts of music, so I could hopefully one day make a change to the world with my words, music and guitar, where as Lauren wanted to study politics, and go on to make a change in the world with her words, opinions and mind. If that didn't work out, she was thinking about taking her basket ball even further. We were both fully supportive of each other, and looking for colleges either together or close by that offered both of those things.

I'd gotten myself a small part time job, that paid pretty well, so I could not only spoil Lauren, but help out my mom to pay bills, buy the fixtures the house needed, and help Sofia out whenever she needed money. It felt great to be helping other people out.

Lauren and I were also talking about our future together, if we did have to travel far to go the same college, or colleges close by, we'd end up most likely living together. And although being an adult scared me, I was happy to have Lauren by side, and it was comforting knowing we were going to be spending our futures together, loving and supporting each other.

As everyone chatted excitedly, awaiting the last few minutes before the school bell rang, Lauren and I sat beside each other, low key dreading having to go to my house and pack. Needless to say, everyone else had been prepared and packed weeks prior, but me, I waited until two days before leaving for England to pack all of my stuff, and it's fair to say, Lauren wasn't happy about being dragged home to help me. So when the bell rang, and students happily packed all their things away, Lauren groaned, and slowly packed hers away.

"Oh come on Laur, it's not THAT bad." I said, rolling my eyes at my over dramatic girlfriend.
"That's easy for you to say, my stuff alone took ages to pack, and I'm no where near as fussy as you." Lauren said, making me feign hurt.
"Wow, Lauren, that's harsh." I joked as she just rolled her eyes at me, throwing her bag over her shoulder, and taking my hand in her own.
"We're meeting the girls at the airport on Sunday morning at 6:30am, and I don't want to have to drag you out of bed at 4am, and have to battle with you mind, Camz." Lauren said sternly, as I mentally groaned, knowing fine well Lauren was in fact, going to have to battle with me to get me out of bed.

"You won't have to, don't worry." I low key lied, smiling. "You know, I have so much money saved up, I've worked so many shifts just to be able to get so long off without losing my job. I can't wait to buy you loads of nerdy British souvenirs." I said happily, as Lauren smiled at me.
"I'm so proud of you. You've done so much, sacrificed so much in fact, to help your mom and little sister out, and I know they're so grateful and happy with you, Camz." Lauren told me, stopping by her car and pulling me in for a kiss, which I happily reciprocated.
"Thanks, Laur. That really means a lot." I told her smiling, as we both got into her car, and she set off driving back to my house.
Once we got in, my mom made us some food, and we played with Sofi a little while, before we headed up into my room and began packing.

I was a very fussy person when it came to clothes and what I was going to be wearing for the next month of my life. Lauren teased me a lot of the time, mocking my bras and underpants, but I just teased her back with the fact she didn't even wear bras half of the time.
It took us a good couple of hours, but finally my bag was packed, so I set it down nicely at the bottom of my bed, next to my passport and tickets.

"Thank fuck that's done with." Lauren said, flopping down backwards as I turned the music off, that we'd been listening to to pack.
"Yeah, thanks for helping me babe." I said, flopping down next to her, and crawling on top of her to smother her in kisses, making her do that adorable loud laugh she does all the time.
"It's all good beautiful, so, what do you wanna do now? It's getting late, we could just put a film on?" Lauren said, as I ran my hand up her shirt. What a surprise, no bra Lauren was at it again.

"Or...we could do something else." I said smirking, as Lauren blushed, and turned us over, so she was situated on top of me now.
"I like the sound of...something else." Lauren said smirking. We definitely did not spend our night watching movies.
