You had been flying for quite some time before your nerves calmed and you collected yourself.  You now noticed that you hadn't heard a single word from Loki.

You set the jet on auto pilot and turned around to see Loki slumped in one of the chairs in an uncomfortable looking position with his face in his hands.  He was obviously sick.

"Oh Loki..." you whispered quietly to yourself, walking over to him.

You gently took his hands from his face and shifted his body onto the seats like a bed. A very lumpy, seat belty, hard plastic bed.

He looked clamy and sweaty but he remained unconscious while you moved him.  He might just be better off sleeping on the floor.

You sighed and tossed your jacket over him for the little good it would do.  As you turned to walk back over to your seat,  you heard him mumbling incoherent words under his breath.

When you turned back around you noticed him shaking slightly.  You creased your eyebrows in confusion and walked back over to him hesitantly.

You gently set your hand down on his arm and the shaking and mumbling subsided.  You let out a breath of air and sat down next to him for a while longer. Your presence seemed to sooth him, even though he was unconscious.

The first streaks of dawn started to stream through the window and Loki began to wake up after a bit.  He took a few deep fast breaths and his eyes shot open.

"Good morning." You mumbled tiredly.  He looked from you to the hand on his arm and smiled vegly at the situation. He sat up and handed you your jecket, which you had forgot you put there.

"Where are we going?" He asked after a moment. "I don't know.  Where should we go? We can't keep the jet, SHIELD is going to be looking for us." You replied.

He looked thoughtful for a minute and then said, "How are we going to run forever?"  You looked to the floor. This was all a terrible idea, but you really didn't know what else you could do that didn't involve Loki being put back in a cell.

"I don't think we can.  We need a plan.  We can't go up against SHIELD alone. Maybe we could find a way to get you back to Asgard?" You asked thoughtfully.

This thought seemed to freak him out.  His eyes went wide and he shook his head at you.  "I'd be put in a cell more secure then your pathetic Midgardian cells, and probably for the rest of my life.  No, i can't go back to Asgard." He state.

You rolled your eyes.  You where out of options, you where simply dead in the water waiting to be found by SHIELD, who you now had no chance of convincing you weren't being mind controlled.

"Okay well lets at least get ourselves a place to stay and get the heck out of this jet." You said, walking over to a seat and setting your phone in it.

"Sounds like a plan.  Um, could you give me a second?" Loki said quickly, standing up and falling to his knees in a corner, emptying his stumach.

You grimaced and turned away, feeling bad for him.  Yeah okay now you where definitely getting out of this jet soon.

After a moment or so, Loki sat up and pushed his back against a wall, panting slightly and closing his eyes.  "C-can i get you something?" You asked timidly.

Loki gave a huff of laughter and smiled, shaking his head.  There really was nothing you could get him....but you thought you might ask.

You went back to the pilot's seat and looked where you were headed. You where above some wooded areas and you thought you might just find a place to land.

You found a nice empty field and used that.  Bringing the jet to a smooth stop, you went over and kneeled by Loki, putting the back of your hand to his forhead.

He was burning a light fever and his body was reacting terribly to whatever drugs they gave him.  He had probably never been given drugs of any kind before, growing up on Asgard and all.

"Loki we have to get out of this jet. We're gonna have SHIELD agents crawling all over the place pretty soon and we can wait here." You told him gently.

He nodded slightly and murmured something under his breath.  You reached out to him and helped him to his feat.  You looked at him for a moment untill you where sure he wasn't going to fall back over before opening the jet and stepping out into the open field.

You both squinted at the sunlight that hit your faces and you made your way to the tree line. Loki limped along after you with his head hung low. You needed to find a good place to rest.

Once you where safely hidden away in the trees you turned back to him to make sure he was okay.  You fell a few steps behind and slung his arm around your shoulder to help support him.

He made no snarky comments or amused grins, which meant he was seriously feeling sick.  "Are....are we almost far enough?" He muttered emotionlessly after a while of walking.

You bit your lip.  You really weren't far enough, but he desperately needed to rest. You needed to figure something out.....but how?

"How much longer do you think you can hold up?" You questioned him. "I'm okay." He lied.  He really didn't want to be helpless or vulnerable. Ow.

"Ooookay Loki.  Lets stop here for now." You said, plopping him down on the ground with his back against a tree to help him sit up.

Rage started to bubble up in your stumach as you watched him run his hand through his hair and roll on his side in discomfort.

This was their falt. Your mother and father did this to him.  Never again would you let them lay their hands on him.

Okay, you got away clean, but Loki is sick! This might be a problem for you.  Good luck guys....
