From Geek to Chic

Chapter 3

Olivia

    It was the first day of 9th grade and I hoped it would be better than last year. At least the shopping with Skylar went well. I actually looked pretty good! I admired myself in the mirror before I got on Skylar's new bike! (which Skylar expected a car but well you know not gonna happen is what my dad would say) When I walked into school everyone gawked at my makeover.

"Awesome dress Olivia" Amber said. Amber was super popular, she is also Ashlee's best friend.

"Cool jacket" Stella said she was part of Ashlee's mindless minions.

"Totally jealous of your Ankle boots, they're so cute" Ashlee commented

OMG the popular kids were actually complimenting me! Ashlee was really jealous of me?! Ashlee was Emily's younger sister they're both popular in their grade. But really Ashlee! She never complimented people about fashion unless she really meant it! This was the best day of my life!

    "Whoa what happened to my best friend?" Aria said, Aria was my best friend of course Aria was perfect she was flawless,her beautiful pale skin, her long blond hair and her cute vintage clothes, when they met in first grade, the first person  Aria talked to was Olivia, not Ashlee! It was amazing how a average girl like her could talk to a girl like Aria, a flawless girl!

"You look like you just got off the runway shoot from Stars-so-true magazine." Aria blushed.

"My sister gave me a makeover, you like?" I smiled at my BFF.

"Yeah, pretty cool" Aria smiled                 

   After school Skylar and I set up for Skylar's birthday party, we had a 10 layer cake that we worked hard on and we set up the pool for the party.

   Around 5:00, almost everyone in the whole entire school was there, it was cool. Aria was there, Ashlee was there, even my cousin Demi showed up. Let's just say Skylar is the most popular person in the world. My dad drove something up into the driveway, Skylar screamed it was a brand new car!!! Her car was beautiful, it was a red convertible! She had a CD in it,it was Ariana grande's new CD with an autograph from Ariana Grande!

"Thanks daddy I love it!!!" Skylar squealed running up to dad and hugging him.  People started to leave after about 4 hours.
