I sat behind my desk and stared at the file sitting in front of me.

Now SHIELD isn't a normal intelligence agency. Even if we are restarting from scratch after the HYDRA incident.

We have stacks of files, all backed up on a Fitz-Simmons private server. Unhackable. Each one several inches thick. Filled with personal information, yes even the brand of underwear they buy.

But this one, this one is only a few centimeters thick.
