When all the girls arrived at the party and got out of the car, the house already looked half-full when they entered. Girls a little older than them leaving a few surprises in the potted plants. Guy trying to hook up with sluts. Some with their shirts still on, some not.
As they were walking through the halls together, they received a few dirty looks from people a few years older. There a few people who looked like college students, and they could all tell that the group of girls walking through the halls, not wasted at all, were high school freshman's.
"So," Kara sighed. "This is what parties are like. Where are we going to go?"
"I don't know." Hazel replied.
Suddenly James came over with a drink in his hands and leaned against the wall by Hazel.
"Hey pretty girl," James smirked. "How would you like to dance with me?"
"Um, no thanks. I need to stay with the girls." Hazel quickly lied.
"No, Hazel," Harper smirked. "Go ahead. We know you want to."
James quickly grabbed Hazel's hand and dragged her over to the kitchen where most of the guys had nothing but a pair of shorts on and the girls only wearing the slightest bit of clothing. He asked Hazel a question but she couldn't hear him over the blasting music.
"What?!" Hazel asked. "I can't hear you!"
"I said," James said as he leaned over to Hazel's ear. "Would you like to get a drink?"
He pulled away and Hazel could feel her cheeks warming up. She shook her head in response when she remembered what her mom said. No drinking. My mom is such a buzz kill. Hazel thought.
"Come on Hazey baby," James slurred. "you know you want to."
By the way James was slurring, Hazel knew he was already drunk. She decided she didn't want to get drunk 'cause she doesn't really want to be taken advantage of. James pulled on her arm and kept whining.
"Hazey baby, come on!" James frowned.
"Shut up, dickhead." Hazel replied. "I'm going back to find my friends."
"Hazey I'm sorry, please stay with me."
"Why?"
"Because I love you."
When Hazel heard this, she began to feel butterflies in her stomach. Wait, he's just drunk. Hazel thought. He doesn't mean it.
But what she did know was that he really did mean it. Drunken words, sober thoughts, right?

Hazel found Kara sitting next to another girl, talking about bands and music.
"Yeah, but his vocal range is actually bigger than my boyfriend's dick." The other girl said.
"Hey," Hazel interrupted, tapping Kara's shoulder. "When are we leaving?"
"We can leave now if you want." Kara suggested. "I'm getting kind of bored anyways, too many drunk pick-up lines. I'll go find Harper."
"I'll help." Hazel replied, letting out a little chuckle.
"I'll see ya around!" Kara said to the girl.
"Probably not, my college is a few miles away, but nice meeting you!" The girl replied as she walked of to the kitchen.
Hazel and Kara walked through the maze like house, trying to find Harper. They finally found her in the bathroom, letting all her insides out into the toilet.
"Oh hey guys," Harper slurred. "Have you tried the drinks here? They are amazing!"
"I think it's time to go home Harper." Kara said, picking Harper up and dragging her along the floor. "Hazel, you go find her sister."
"I don't need to go home, I'm definitely fine." Harper mumbled.
"Alright, let's go to another party!" Kara told Harper. "We'll have even more drinks!"
"Ooh, that sounds fun." Harper smiled. "Let's g-"
Still in Kara's arms, Harper dozed off, making Kara have to actually carry her to the front doors. Well fuck. Kara thought.
"Hey," Hazel said. "I found her sister, but she's so drunk and she's our ride."
"We'll get a taxi or an uber or some shit." Kara said. "I drank a few beers but I can still think properly."
"Okay, I have money, I call for one." Hazel replied, taking out her phone and going onto the uber app.

When Hazel finally got home, she very quickly went to bed, knowing she had to wake up early in the morning the next day. Maybe I shouldn't have had a few shots. Hazel thought to herself. They tasted awful anyways. Why do people even like vodka?
And a few beers probably weren't the best idea either. My head kills. Do I have any pain killer? She thought as she got up to look for some. Here they are. Hazel quickly found a plastic water bottle and swallowed the Advil. So when will this shit kick in. It better be fucking soon or else I'm fucked. I'm definitely not waking up that early tomorrow if this fucking headache doesn't stop.
After a few more minutes of random thoughts, Hazel drifted off to sleep and all she could dream about was that party, all over again.
