"You may kiss the bride." Said the wedding officiant. Suddenly, everyone cheered for the newlyweds. Kate and Josh celebrated and left for Hawaii the next day. They had a wonderful time on the cruise. They danced and laughed and had the best time, but they were not aware of what the future held.
The boat had almost reached Hawaii, Kate and Josh were excited! All of a sudden there were sirens set off throughout the boat. Everyone panicked! Kate and Josh were alarmed and afraid. Their first thought was to get to the life boat, so they ran to the life boats as the ship started to sink.
When they got to the life boat they jumped right in and paddled as fast as possible. "Josh we're gonna die out here!" Kate said in a frightened voice.
"Don't be afraid Kate. I promise we'll get out of this alive." He replied. There was water in the life boat, only enough to last five days. Days were hard, nights were cold but they didn't give up hope.
It had been two days and they were starving. Without any food on the life boat they had to fish with a paddle by knocking the fish on the head. It was not easy, they barely caught anything. If they did, it was a little fish that was only enough for one of them. Finally after three days they found land, and there it was.
