Laura : Well?
Ross : I wasn't following you. I was actually going to the lake too. But I saw that you and Rafael were going.
Laura : And what about it?
Ross : Well I wasn't gonna show myself up like that to you guys. So I was checking out the myth too until I heard the girl scream. I started freaking out. But before running, I saw Rafael run and that's when I heard your scream and decided to go to you.
Laura : You decided to come to me when you could've just run for your life?
Ross : Yeah....
Laura : *tries not to smile* Well once again, thank you for rescuing me.
Ross : Ahamm...
Laura : We should get going now before they leave us.
Ross : Right.
Laura : *heads for the door*
Ross : Marano!
Laura : *turns to him* Yeah?
Ross : This doesn't change our situation in school. We still hate each other.
Laura : *smiles* I hate you Lynch. *opens the door and leaves*
Ross : *smiles and whispers to himself* I hate you too Marano.

Jonathan : We need gas. I'm gonna pull into a gas station so the other cars can too.
Vanessa : By what time would we be getting home?
Jonathan : There's a lot of traffic so maybe around six or seven.
Vanessa : Great! *sarcasm* Laura, do you have your phone? I have to call mom telling her what time we might be there.
Laura : *hands her the phone* It has low battery.
Vanessa : *calls her mom* Guys, if you want go buy some food for the road go ahead. We have like four hours to go.
Raini : Want to go?
Laura: Yea!
---they both go to the mini store, and get some chips---
Laura : I want Doritos.
Raini : You get the chips, I'll get the drinks and we'll meet at the register okay?
Laura : K.
Raini : *leaves to get the drinks*
Laura : *looking for chips, hears footsteps behind her, turns around*
Calum : Hey Laura.
Laura : Oh hi Calum.
Calum : Is Raini here?
Laura : Yeah she went to go get some drinks. She should be down by that aisle *points to another aisle*
Calum : Oh ok. But I don't want to talk to her, I want to talk to you.
Laura : *surprised* Oh, what about?
Calum : About Raini. And Ross and you.
Laura : *confused* Woah! Ok about Raini we can talk but about Ross and I?
Calum : Yeah.. Well I really want to go on a date with Raini but I know that she would probably want to take you and you might feel uncomfortable being alone so I was thinking you could go with Ross.
Laura : Calum you know Ross and I are like oil and water.
Calum : I know but wouldn't you guys do this for your best friends?
