Laura POV-
About 3 weeks passed and I don't suffer any more memory loss.
Laura : *laying on her bed*
**knock on the door**
Laura : Come in.
Vanessa : *opens the door* Laura, you have a visitor. He's downstairs.
Laura : Who? *expects Ross*
Vanessa : Ryan.
Laura : Oh. *gets up from bed and fixes herself* I'll be right down.
Vanessa : *nods and leaves*
Ross and I haven't been talking much lately. Ever since that date I had with Ryan, he's been kind of ignoring me. I don't know what I did wrong for him to be like that. I goes downstairs and see Ryan seating on the couch.
Laura : Hey! How are you?
Ryan : *smiles. Gets up from the couch and gives her a kiss on the cheek* I've been good. How about you? Have you had any memory loss?
Laura : *nods her head "no"* I've been good since our date.
Ryan : *half smiles* You creeped me out when you didn't know who I was. At first I thought it was a joke or I was being punk'd but then Raini and Calum explained.
Laura : Yeah, sorry about that.
Ryan : So, anyways, I wanted to invite you somewhere today.
Laura : Where?
Ryan : Well the beach we can see it everyday so I was thinking probably the ice skating ring there is at the millennium mall? Do you skate?
Laura : Nope. *laughs* I've always had bad experiences with skates. But I'll give it a shot *smiles*
Ryan : Awesome!
---On their way to the skating ring---
Laura : So how's track?
Ryan : Pretty good. We have some contests coming up pretty soon. We miss you.
Laura : *smiles* I've decided that I'm going back.
Ryan : Seriously?! That's awesome! We really want you back! *parks his car* We're here. *gets out and opens the car door for Laura*
Laura : *gets out* Thank you very much.
Ryan : Anything for a wonderful lady.
Laura : *blushes and they go in to the skating ring, put on their skates*
Ryan : Ok so I'll help you skate deal? Just hold on to me and we'll skate slow.
Laura : Ok. But if I fall, promise you won't laugh at me.
Ryan : I'll try but I don't promise anything.
Laura : *sticks her tongue out*
Ryan : *takes her hand and they start skating on the ice, holding onto the railing*
Laura : How can you not fall? As soon as I would've stepped here I would've been right on my butt.
Ryan : *laughs* I won't let you fall.
Laura : *feels a little slippery, tightens her grip on Ryan's hand* *sees a familiar blonde hair, sees Katherine in front of him* Is that Ross and Katherine?
Ryan : *looks to where she's looking* Would you look at that. I didn't know they were going out.
Laura : *whispers in dissapointment* Me either.
Ryan : Let's go over to them! *starts skating towards them holding Laura's hand*
Laura : No please! Ryan! *feels him getting farther to the center of the ring and lets go of the railing and Ryan's hand and falls on her butt* Oww!
Ryan : *turns around* Laura!!! *skates to her* I'm so so so sorry! Are you okay? Can you stand up?
Ross : *hears Laura's name and looks towards Ryan and Laura*
Laura : I'm afraid. My back hurts.
Ryan : I'll go tell the guy at the entrance! Don't try to move! *skates to the entrance of the ring*
Laura : *looks at her legs that hurt*
Ross : *approaches her* Are you okay?
Laura : *looks up at him and Katherine at his side* Umm yeah. Ryan is calling someone to come help.
Ross : *squats down, slides his left arms under her legs and the other one on her back*
Laura : What are you doing Ross?!
Ross : Taking you out of here. You're gonna make someone else have an accident. *starts skating towards the entrance with Laura in his arms*
Laura : Put me down! We're gonna fall!
Katherine: Honey be careful! You both my fall!
Ross : I can do this. *reaches the entrance and puts her on the floor* You okay?
Laura : *takes off her skates* Yeah. I guess my butt was numb that I couldn't move.
Katherine : Well nice to know that you're fine. Ross let's go.
Ross : *looks at laura*
Ryan : *Comes with a guy in a uniform*
Ross : Hope you feel better *goes back to the skating ring with Katherine*
Laura : *watches them leave as the guy examines her ankles*
---Later that night---
Raini : Why is he acting like that?
Laura : I don't know.
Raini : Call him...
Laura : Should I? I mean, one day he shows that he has feelings for me and the other he just ignores me.
Raini : You have to talk to him tomorrow in school.
Laura : Hopefully he's not with Katherine.
Raini : *sighs* I have to go. My mom wants me to clean the dishes. Love you! And remember, if he likes you, he'll show it.
Laura : Yeah, yeah. Thanks. Goodnight *hangs up*
---Next day---
Laura : *at Ross's locker waiting for him*
Ross : What are you doing here? *whispers next to her ear, unexpected*
Laura : *jumps at the sound of his voice by her ear* Oh gosh!
Ross : *raises his eyebrows*
Laura : I need to talk to you!
Ross : Ears are all open. *opens his locker and gets some books*
Laura : What's your deal?
Ross : *turns to look at her* My deal?
Laura : One day you show you're interested in me and the next you're not? Do you suffer from bipolarity or what?
Ross : *closes his locker* I have to go. We'll talk about this later.
Laura : No! I want to talk about it now!
Ross : I'm gonna be late to class Marano! We'll talk later.
Laura : Don't you dare leave me hanging Lynch!
Ross : *turns to look at her* I promise we'll talk later. Ok?
Laura : Ugh! *rolls her eyes and goes to class*
Why was he acting like that?!
