/not actually the end. don't get too excited./
one day..
you remind more or less of a bird,
a caged bird,
a timid bird,
a little bird,
that is so afraid of the outside world,
not ready to spread your wings yet,
so lonely,
so tired of how people torment you,
goodbye caged bird,
goodbye,
i hope one day the cage'll be left open,
and someone will help you fly away,
if it were supposed to be me,
who uncage you,
little bird,
you would already be soaring in the sky,
so goodbye caged bird,
so colourful,
yet so concealed,
so pretty,
yet to so closed off,
fly high one day,
caged bird,
and thank the one who saved you for me.
another day..
you remind me of a wild tiger,
so fierce,
claws out and teeth bared,
you are ready for a fight,
yet know you won't win,
if i outstretched my hand,
you'd claw at it,
you won't face your emotions,
so you hide it all behind anger,
so angry,
yet so sad underneath,
you just want someone to hug you,
to make you feel safe,
but no one hugs a wild tiger,
so you are so alone,
yet you see people every single day,
just avoiding the truth,
of how lonely you actually are.
but today..
you acted a bit human,
showing bits of emotions,
through a slight smile,
or tint in your cheeks,
and don't act as if that is bad,
being human,
is better than being,
a timid, little bird,
or an untamed, wild tiger,
so don't give up on being human.
