Chapter 21

~~~Tyler’s POV~~~

            Just as I drew the last line on our plan to rescue Ariana, Nate busted through the door.

            “Tyler, we caught site of the ship!” he said excitedly.

            Finally, I can save her. “Okay round up the men to be on deck so I can explain the plan” I said rolling up the map and tucking it under my arm.

            We walked briskly together upstairs to the deck. When we reached it, Nate stepped forward and called order to the ship, then stepped down to show respect for me. I gave a small nod before stepping out into the sunlight (and no I didn’t sparkleJ I’m not a vampire.).

            “Listen, I know it was strange when I told all of you I would be letting her go. Even now, I don’t understand my heart. All I know is that I want her back by my side right now, safe and sound. So, I ask of you to lend me your effort and power so that we can rescue her together.” I shouted.

            Everyone in the crowd nodded or pumped their fist into the air to show their support and loyalty. They didn’t speak though, because they knew I wasn’t done talking.

            “Thank you! Now that we are close enough, I will need to explain the plan to all of you. Okay so there will be three teams. From the barrel to the right side of the ship will be Team Assault which is lead by Nate. You will be the first people to jump onto the ship and stop anyone from disrupting us. From the pole to the left side of the ship will be Team Infiltrate which will be lead by Jake. You will get off after I yell clear and run in and take care of any remaining pirates and then go through the hall and clear them out. The rest of you will be with me on Team Rescue. We will need to run quickly through the halls and look through each room to find Ariana. Each of us will get a special device in which if you find her, you can press the button and everyone will retreat. We need to act fast to get this all done. Get in, kill, get out with Ariana SAFETLY. No harm can come to her. Alright?!” I yelled

            This time everyone pumped their fists into the air and gave an enthusiastic cry.

            “Now split up into your groups and we will give you the detailed run through of each of our team’s plan. Get moving! We don’t have a lot of time!” I yelled the order.

            Don’t worry Ariana, We’re coming for you.

~~~Ariana’s POV~~~

            Ugh where was I? My head seriously hurts now. I sat up and looked around to find the familiar surroundings of my current room on the Royal Deck. What happened? Memories came flooding back from the other day. Oh, right Tyler, I hissed mentally, that bastard.

            After my head was finally clear I got up, only to find a note on the coffee table next to the bed.

Front:

            Ariana,

                        I hope that you are well when you wake up. There is a glass of water and pain killers next to you. You hit your head pretty hard when you fainted yesterday. I am very sorry that I did not catch you when you fell. I was having a flashback of my own disturbing memories from the past. I hope you fill forgive me. Anyways, I have stationed Ace and Caleb outside your door for your own………………….entertainment we shall say. You may ask them to bring you down to the kitchen for food. I will not be attending you tonight at dinner, for there are many affairs I am required to take care of. And just a mental warning, prepare yourself accordingly for I have receive notice from our spotter that Tyler is very close behind us. They will reach here by the afternoon, which is another reason to allow Ace and Caleb outside. They will try their best to protect you from any threats, although you shouldn’t worry seeing as Tyler probably wants you back safely. Try not to wander off and go above deck. It will be dangerous. You may, until either of your bodyguards tells you that you cannot, explore the lower decks as you like.

             Just beware that not all pirates on my ship is friendly. Always have someone you trust by your side. I have drawn a map for you to see. It is on the back side of this paper. I hope that you have a wonderful day.

            Oh how nice of him, I thought merrily. I walked outside and opened the door, to find Caleb and Ace on the floor…………playing cards.

            “Haha, really?” I laughed out.

            They both looked up and smiled at me, before going back to their game. I laughed again. This time though, I sat down and joined their game. They were just too intense for me to not feel interested. Needless to say, it did provide me entertainment. Especially at the end, when Caleb won and they had a mini fight before I pulled them apart. Such a good start to a day, what can go wrong?

            Oh boy, the day changes faster than you can think.
