Scarlet was spending extra time with me after the incident. Hey, what could I say. Ghost are creepy. She was making sure I wasn't flipping tables and all that junk. Also she was asked to do it so yeah. I got home and watched Blue Excorsist. I called Scarlet and asked to come over to my house. NOT the cemetery. I keep getting this creepy vibe that someone's watching us. After I asked her that she hung up. I looked at the phone and shook my head. I Heard a knock on My door and went to check it out. I opened the door and saw Scarlet huffing and puffing. I opened my eyes wide.
"Hey" she says panting. I met her in and she looked around the house. She turned and smiled at me. I blushed and went to lead her to the living room.
She grabbed my hand and turned me around. "Hey um... Is it okay... If ... I... STAY THE NIGHT HERE!" She said the last part quickly. I stared at her in amazement. That's all I could do at the moment. I was still soaking in m what she said. She wanted to stay the night. At my house. A girl. At my house. Alone. I nodded and turned around.
Scarlets POV
What was I asking. I still can't believe I lied to my parents to get here. Good thing he's letting me stay. I walked into the kitchen and looked around. I got the sudden urge to cuddle someone. And that someone was Vincent. He walked back into the room I was in with two movies. He held them up and I pointed at ponyo. He went to go put it in the DVD player. After he did that I turned off all the lights. He looked at me with a confused look.
"Why did you do that for?"
"I like watching movies in the dark." I said and he shrugged. We sat down in the couch. I was trying to resist laying in him. It was at the part when Saska started crying about Ponyo is when I went ahead and laid in him. He looked at me and I continued to watch the movie.
It was during the credits when I finally looked at him. We stared at each other and I couldn't stop myself. I started to play with his hair. He smiled and turned around.
After an hour of me playing with his hair I passed out in the couch on his back.
Vincent's POV
She had fell asleep on my back and I could feel her warm cheek on my back. I slowly turned around, trying not to wake her, laid down beside her and had her lay next to me.
I was getting ready to dose off when the ghost showed up. I looked at it and back at Scarlet. I smirked at it, and flipped it off. I slept next to her, which made me feel more normal than ever.
