Vincent's POV
I got a call from the school yesterday saying we wouldn't have school, due to a major flood watch. I didn't care. I got to stay home from school and got to spend time with Scarlet.

We decided that she was going to live here with me. With no funny business. Something seemed off with Scarlet lately thou. She always seemed to stick around me, even more than usual. I would find sleeping in my bedroom door, her eyes were always darting around the room.

I was headed to tell Scarlet about no school, but couldn't find her around the house. I stepped out to the back yard, and there she was. She was lying in the hammock, and seemed pretty peaceful.

I snuck up under her and she didn't notice. I slowly reached up to her back and yelled,"GRR" as shook her back. She squealed and fell out. She looked at me and started laughing and I laughed with her.

"No school tomorrow due to a flood watch." I told her looking over her. We were both on the ground. She looked into my eyes and I looked back.

"Hey, um... Vincent, are we a, thing now." She asked with a serous look on her face. I nodded and replied "If you want is to be." She smiled and poked my nose and walked inside.

Later that night
Scarlet just had a bottle of Mt. Dew and was bouncing off the walls. She started rolling around on the floor and wanted to play Just Dance. It was a nonstop sugar rush with her. She was right in the middle of telling me a story when she finally stopped.

She passed out on my arm and it was actually pretty funny. She was talking and was getting really close to my face and then her head dropped down onto my shoulder and the rest of her body had relaxed. It was hard to tell if she just died or passed out. I had to roll her over just to tell. We slept all night on the couch and before I conked out, I heard her say I her sleep,"I love you Vincent." And she cuddled herself closer to me.

Hunters POV
Why was she sleeping with that dirt bag? I had plans on muse ring him tomorrow but since school was canceled, I'll have to put it off. I was outside in the tree, looking through the window. I had to go back home or my mom would flip. I'm coming for you Vincent.
