Shelby

I found the perfect apartment.

But was I ready to move?

Or was this just tired me talking?

Either way, I needed sleep.

I 'starred' the webpage and sleepily walked over to my bed. Once my head hit the pillow, I heard my alarm clock ringing.

It felt like I never even slept last night.

Oh wait, I didn't.

I groggily rolled out of bed and walked over to my bathroom. I brushed my teeth and walked back into my bedroom.

It was 6 A.M. I grabbed my phone and walked downstairs to get my milk-less cereal for breakfast.

Usually, I eat breakfast on my couch, but I was too tired to move to the couch. Also, if I sat down on something comfortable, I would immediately fall back into slumber. So, I checked Instagram.

Occasionally, I would eat some cereal. I got tagged in some fan-art, and I 'liked' a couple of them.

It was now 6:30. I walked back upstairs into my room, got dressed and put on my usual make-up.

It wasn't until 7:00 that my parents woke up.

I heard them talk then walk downstairs.

I wanted to wait until they were away to record.

I turned my computer on and decided to record a few videos.

I found some games that I would play.

Since I was about to start recording, I put a sign on my door saying to be quiet and texted my parents saying that I would be recording for a few hours.

I put my phone on silent and turned on my recording software. My microphone was on, my face-cam was on, and my recording software was working.

I got this.

After recording myself playing a scary game for 40 minutes, I remembered a game called Can Your Pet. Ross texted me a while ago saying to play it. I searched it online and saw that I was a free online game. I started to set up my recording software. Then, I started to play.

***

I hate you, Ross. I got so emotionally attached to the cute duck. It was now 8:30. I stood up from my desk and stretched out my legs. I then got a text. It was from Tyler.

You wanna hangout today? -T

Sure. What time?- S

Maybe noon? -T

I can do that. Where should we meet up? -S

Maybe a café? -T

Which one? Maybe Panera Bread? The one on 89th street? -S

Sounds good. Meet you there around noon. -T

I turned my phone off and looked at the computer. I caught a glimpse of the time. It was 9:00. How could time fly that fast?  I walked downstairs and met up with my parents.

Do I tell them? Or should I wait until I know for sure that I'm moving? Should I hint at it?

Probably.
