Chapter 4

Katie's P.O.V

I stared at Austin until his eyes met mine. And I looked away

Alex noticed how intense the room was with me and Austin and he spoke

"Uhm.. I'll be right back

guys"Alex left.

Austin stood there next to Alex's door as I just looked out the window in silence.

"Katie.." Austin began "I can explain."

"Explain Austin!Explain ok.. then Explain why you said it was your mom's birthday when it clearly wasn't. Why you had to lie to me to go out Explain Austin cause I don't understand , Why." I said with a tone of anger in my voice.

"I'm sorry Katie, But I didn't know you were my second mother and wanted to know everyone of my moves!" Austin hollered

over me.

Tears began to fill my eyes.

Austin had never yelled at me before

"I'm sorry Katie, I didn't mean to yell at you like that" Austin tried to apologize. For his actions

"Wow Austin, What a Friend you are First you lie to me then ,You yell at me

Wow you are a true friend" I grabbed my board and headed out the door with tears swelling up my eyes.

Austin's P.O.V

After Katie ran out the door Alex rushed in.

"What's up with you man, Why would you hurt her like that. don't you see how much she cares and loves for you"Alex pointed out.

"You just don't Understand" I hesitated.

"Oh, Austin I might not understand why you hollered at her but I do understand that you just tore a person who loves you to pieces. Dude I love you but you need to pick up your act and Fix up the mess you made with Katie can't you see. She is inlove with you and only wants to see you happy" Alex

finished.

Alex's words really spoke to me. I had never realized how Katie truly felt for me, she had always been like a sister to me. But I loved her and I had never wanted to hurt her like the way I did today.
