Chapter 17

Katie's P.O.V

It has been two months since Jerry's death. I haven't gone out with the guys once. They have Been coming over. But Im really never in the mood to hang out or go watch a movie.

I have been really depressed lately. Loosing a brother isn't easy.

The two people that are alway here 24/7 are Austin and Robert.

Today me and Robert are going on our first day out in weeks.

Today Robert and me where gonna make this day special.

It was our 3 month anniversary.

I went out to my closet and I couldn't find anything to wear. It was 10am and we where gonna was out at 2pm.

I quickly called Sarah and after two rings she picked up

"Katie" she squeaked

"Hi" I spoke " uhm wanna go dress shopping I need a dress for today."

" I would love to we haven't gonna shopping since ages" Sarah said.

"Ok ill pick you up In 20 min." I said,

I headed down stairs and my mom was sitting down on the couch with a cup of tea.

I took a deep breath and began.

"Hi" I said softly

"Hi" my mom responded.

Jerry's death hurt us all but the person that the train of pain hit the most was my mom.

"Going out I see" my mom said while taking a sip from her cup.

"Yeah, Im gonna go to the mall with Sarah I will probably be back in an hour."

"Need money"

"Not really I'm gonna use my savings"

"What are you gonna buy"

"A dress and shoes probably I'm gonna go out with Robert today" I bit my lip.

"Here" my mom sighed giving me a 100 dollar bill. "Maybe you can use this" she smiled.

"Thanks" I smiled back

" I will see ya later"

...........

I arrived at Sarah's house and she was already outside. Sarah got in the car and we hurried to the mall.

We walked into the Guess and I saw the cutest shoes ever.

They were silver sparkly. I paid for the shoes and we headed out to Blue Seal.

Sarah showed me black with sliver dress that matched the shoes perfectly and I fell in love with it. We paid for the dress ad headed home because we need to do my hair and makeup.

When we where done i got a text from Robert.

"I'm outside Beautiful"

Soon enough the door bell rang.

I opened it to find my Handsome Boyfriend.
