"You're just as sane as I am."

Chapter 5

Three and a half months since Elizabeta had come home.

Three months since her eleventh birthday.

Three months since the enthusiastic letter she's go to Hogwarts as well.

And here they were.

Four friends, although one of them wasn't really connected to the rest.

The oldest was fifteen. The youngest was Elizabeta.

"So," sighed Arthur, in between two of his friends in the back seat. The four were on their way to the Kings Cross station, driven by Yao's father, due to the two Muggleborn first-year students.

"So," smiled Elizabeta.

"Nervous?" asked Yao, turning around to face the younger kids.

"A little," replied Lukas.

"Mmhm," sighed Arthur.

"Quite," chuckled Elizabeta.

"There's no need to be," said Yao. "Once you're Sorted, it's all very easy. The Sorting isn't that difficult either, it's just the amount of people that makes it uncomfortable."

"Are there a lot of students?" asked Arthur.

"Almost 300," replied Yao.

"That's not bad, there's a lot more students in my school," shrugged Elizabeta. Arthur nodded, there were about 340 in his, he knew. Not a lot more, maybe, but still more. He went to a quite small school, though.

"There's around 70 to 80 students in a house, no more than 15 pupils in a year per house, though that is very rare. It usually doesn't go above 13. And even that's a lot," muttered Lukas. Yao nodded in agreement.

Arthur had gone to Diagon Alley with Lukas a while ago. There, they had talked to two other first-years, one was in line to pay for his books, and the other waiting to fit his robes. Both guys were very nice. Probably future friends, Arthur thought.

When they arrived on the train station, Yao and his father helped them get onto the platform they needed, which was a hard task; normal Muggles couldn't see them.

A boy came towards them when they were still standing in between platform 9 and 10. Arthur recognised him as they guy he had talked to in line for the books.

"Hey," he said, panting a little. "I have no idea where to go."

"It's just here," Lukas motioned towards a wall in front of them.

"Uh.." frowned the boy.

"It's fine, I don't really understand either," shrugged Arthur.

"Oh, f-- I think I never introduced myself," said the boy. He let go of his luggage and held out his hand. "Kay Sinistra, pleasure to meet you. Even though we already met. Oh well."

Arthur chuckled a little, and shook the hand Kay held out for him. "Arthur Kirkland." When he let go, Kay turned to Lukas, who shook his hand as well, saying his name.

"Great, that makes that," chuckled Kay. Arthur sensed something fake behind his cheery behaviour, but shrugged it off. It was probably nothing, anyway.

"Guys, let's go," said Elizabeta, who randomly appeared behind Arthur.

"Lizzy!" exclaimed Arthur. Kay was snickering and Lukas facepalmed.

"Oh, new person. Hi, I'm Elizabeta," she said, waving at Kay.

"Hi, I'm Kay," said the boy. He then groaned, "Hold up." He reached under his shirt, and stretched a little. "That's better."

"Great, can we go now?" pouted Elizabeta. She was getting impatient.

"Yes," the boys replied in unision. Lukas went first, looking around before pushing his trolley towards the wall, in a half-assed attempt to run. He then disappeared in the wall, leaving Kay, Elizabeta and Arthur astonished.

"Beautiful. I doubt I can do that too," frowned Kay.

"Sure you can," said Yao, joining the three. "It's not that hard. You run at it and close your eyes if you must. Be careful if you do that, though, or you'll hurt yourself or someone else."

"I'll go first!" shouted Elizabeta excitedly. She held onto her trolley tightly and ran rowards the wall, going through it, just like Lukas.

"I-" frowned Kay. "What."

"So, are you going next, or do you want me to go?" asked Arthur.

"I'll go," replied Kay confidently. He pushed his trolley towards the wall, and, just like the others, went through it.

"You're next, I promised my sister and cousins I'd wait," said Yao. Arthur nodded, "Alright."

He sighed nervously. He felt his hands get sweaty around the handle of the trolley, and he walked so that he was right in front of the wall. He looked around, afraid anyone but Yao would see him, but Yao motioned for him to just go. And so he did.

He began running, focusing on the wall, and when he thought he'd hit it, he came onto another platform. One he'd never known existed before.

Elizabeta waved at him cheerfully. Kay grinned at him and Lukas just stood there, looking around. The place was filled with teens with trolleys and adult people kissing their children goodbye. There were so many people, Arthur thought it was impossible for there to be only 200 students in the school. He quickly walked forward, afraid someone'd bump into him. And he was just in time, as a woman appeared behind him when he stepped away.

"Oh! Sorry," she said, before walking away. She had curly brown hair, but Arthur couldn't see much of the rest. Following her were two children, both red hair, waving at him delightfully. Last came a man with the same red hair as the kids. Arthur figured they were probably family.

"Arthur!" yelled Elizabeta, motioning for him to come over. Arthur nodded and hurried over there.

"What took you so long?" asked Elizabeta with a frown.

"Confused, I guess," replied Arthur.

"Me too, Artie, me too-"

"Don't call me that."

"Sorry."

"So, anyway," said Lukas. "The train leaves in half an hour, and I think I see a family friend's daughter."

"Are you leaving us?" asked Kay.

"Most likely," replied Lukas, and he walked away.

Half an hour later, everyone was on the train. The four-person cabins were filled quickly, Lukas joined the girl and her friends (who were both male, sh), and it left Arthur, Kay and Elizabeta alone.

"This one's got only one person," noticed Elizabeta, before realizing who it was. "Nope."

"Okay, but my feet are dead, so I'm going in here," said Kay. Just as he wanted to enter, the train left the station, causing a girl behind them to fall over on top of Kay.

"Shit- Sorry!" she said.

"It's okay," said Kay. "I've got a younger brother, I'm used to some stuff."

Arthur had already entered the cabin, and was now talking to the boy inside. The girl got off of Kay and sighed. "We should go in there."

"Probably. I'm Kay, by the way."

"Silver."
