'Nice shot, Lizzie!' Lewis screamed when Lizz managed to hit the target for the tenth time right in the middle of it.

Elizabeth had been practising with a bow and arrows for one and a half weeks now and she was actually getting pretty good at it, which made Lewis feel proud of his cousin, especially when Nathaniel hadn't been so successful in his lessons. Lizz was still a total zero using a sword: maybe because she wasn't meant for a sword, maybe because she was more interested in provoking her teacher or probably because Nathaniel was a terrible teacher. However, we might want to underline that he was a terrible teacher for her, since he had successfully taught many people to use a sword. «Maybe you're too afraid to hurt her.» Lewis had told him once, making him drop a grunt at such a silly idea.

Elizabeth and her cousin were already pulling the arrows from the target, when Nathaniel and Nigel showed up. Nate was looking a tad grumpy, since Anïya had not let go of him all morning, while Nigel was looking a lot like someone who needs to get some sleep, urgently!

'You look like crap, pet.' Elizabeth told Edmîntor's apprentice, who smiled at her while yawning.

'And you look like you've swallen an incredibly bitter lemon.' She added, facing Nate, who immediatly looked at Lewis.

'Can't you ask your parents to exile your sister?' He asked the blond haired elf.

Lewis giggled. 'I could. The issue is that nobody would take her.' Lewis answered with a chuckle.

By that point, Nigel was already holding on to Lewis, his head on his shoulder and his eyes shut. Nevertheless, he gave his opinion on the matter. 'We could send her to live with the trolles.'

This made the two cousins giggle, while Nathaniel just stared at the horizon, thinking about what Lewis' sister could have planed for him next.

'Anyway, we should go lunch. Me and Nigel have a class in the afternoon.' Elizabeth said, making Nigel lift his head to look at her.

'Do we?' He asked in complete desperation.

'We do, silly.' The girl told him. 'But I can tell Edmîntor that you're sick, if you want.' She added.

'Not a good idea. He would just tell you that we should have our lesson in my bedroom.' Nigel rolled his eyes.

They ended up gathering the arrows and went to the kitchen to have something for lunch. Miss Jenny greeted them with a big smile, asking Nigel if he was all right or if he needed something. The boy told her he needed a bed.

'With me between the sheets, preferably.' Lewis added, making Lizz and Miss Jenny giggle as Nigel and Nathaniel decided to just face palm themselves.

The Cook left their table and went to fetch their meal, an action that didn't take longer than five minutes. Lewis, Nate and Lizz started to eat right away, while Nigel just stared at his plate, trying not to fall asleep and end up with his face covered in mushroom's stew.

'What have you done all night to be like that?' Lizz asked, making Nathaniel stop eating because he feared the answer to that question...

Lewis catched Nathaniel's expression and laughed. 'I swear I had nothing to do it.' He told the lot.

'I was looking at some books. I say looking because I can't have read them since I can't remember a thing.' Nigel said picking up his fork and finally starting to eat.

'And you?' Lewis asked, turning to Nate. 'What has Anïya done to you this time?'

Nathaniel sighed. 'She stalked me through the castle... Again!' He answered in a very grumpy tone.
