JASMINE'S P.O.V.
Today's the day we leave from Hawaii. I really don't want spring break to be over but it is. I don't want to go back to school either.
Ever since that girl at MAGCON gave me a dirty look, I've been thinks about it. I didn't think about it too much though.
Cam booked us a flight at 4 in the morning so I'm getting ready right now. I set my alarm to wake me up so no one would wake me up themselves.
Especially Shawn because he always finds the stupidest ways to wake me up.
I put on jeggings, Shawn's sweatshirt, and my all black vans. I packed everything up last night so I'm good to go.
"Ready to go?"Cam asks walking into our hotel room and we all nod.
The limo drops us off at the airport and we go in and wait for our flights to be called.
We're called last and we get on the plane. Matt's here too because he lives in LA also, just incase you didn't know.
It's 3 to a seat so Shawn sits in the window seat, I sit in the middle, and on the end is this person that owns a dog.
The dog is so cute so this is going to be a good flight. I had to take a couple pictures to have it in my camera roll.
Since it's like 4 in the morning I'm tired do I lay my head on Shawn's shoulder and he puts his arms around me.
........
It's now 2 in the afternoon and we just got or luggage. My mom texted me saying that she was outside waiting for us. Matt's mom was there too and out moms were talking to each other.
Rhea said bye to Matt and they left. Shawn, Cam, Rhea, and I got into the car and went home. The whole ride I was thinking about the girl at MAGCON and Catherine.
I guess Shawn could tell because he asked if I was ok and I said yeah. I don't think he believed me but he left it alone.
When we got home we went in the house and Shawn went to his house (which is right next door just incase you forgot).
I took Shawn's sweatshirt off and put on a t-shirt and kept the jeggings on. I put all my clothes and all my other stuff back where it was and laid on my bed and went on my phone and I got a text.
T- Taylor J- Jasmine
T- hey bestie😊
J- we just saw each other 8 hours ago what do you want
T- what I can't say hi to my bestie?
J- you can I was just saying
T- oh
T- so how was the flight?
J- amazing I sat next to this woman who had a dog, he was so cute, how was yours?
T- good but I was all alone because I'm the only one that lives in Alaska☹️
J- aw sorry
T- it's fine at least it was peaceful
J- I slept the whole flight
T- of course you did
J- anyways gtg Shawn just walked in my room
T- bye bestie
J- adios
"Hola Mendes,"I smile and he smiles back and lays next to me.
"Did you enjoy Hawaii?"He asks me.
"Yep, turns out Cam bought me some Lee Hi Moy gummy bears,"I say.
"What's that?"He asks.
"It's gummy bears with this type of red powder on it,"I explain.
"Let me try one,"He says and I get it from my closet and give him one.
"These are good,"He says and I give him another one.
"These cost like 10 bucks too,"I say.
"It was worth it,"He said and I agree. I put them back in the closet and sit back on the bed next to Shawn who is still laying down.
"I should take a nap,"Shawn said.
"You slept the whole flight though,"I say.
"And your point is?"He says and I just roll my eyes.
"School tomorrow,"I say.
Should I tell him about the Catherine situation? Or will he get annoyed again?
"What's wrong?"Shawn asks me.
"Nothing just thinking,"I say simply.
"We've been best friends forever I know you, now tell me,"He says.
"Well Catherine sent me a DM the other day asking if I wanted a clue on why she hated me and of course I said yes. She told me it happened in 5th grade so I went through videos and photos of 5th grade and I found 3 things that could be the reason she hates me so much,"I say and Shawn nods for me to continue.
"I went with the one that made the most since which is a boy that she liked, liked me instead of her. I was going to talk to her tomorrow at school,"I finish and he sits up.
"What else,"He says.
"There's nothing else,"I say.
"There's something else your thinking about I know it,"He says looking at me.
"Well the girl at MAGCON that I said was giving me a dirty look, did the same thing the next day and I didn't tell you again because I thought you would just get annoyed again,"I say quickly.
"Oh,"He says.
"I talked to Mahogany about it and she was fine with talking about it,"I say.
"Yeah I understand and I am sorry for the other day,"He said.
"Stop apologizing I get it,"I say.
"Anyways you're talking to Catherine tomorrow?"He asks.
"Yep,"I say.
"Good luck,"He says.
"I'll need it,"I say laughing and Shawn laughs too.
SHAWN'S P.O.V.
The reason I was mad that day was because Jasmine's getting so close to the other guys and I just wish I could tell her how I feel.
I know I could but we've been best friends forever and I don't want to ruin that because she might not feel the same way.
I'm not going to make up a lie to tell her. I don't like lying to her. So I'm just not going to say anything.
I didn't mean to take my anger out on her anyways it was an accident. I felt really bad after that too.
