Chapter One

For Luke it was completely normal for him to take pictures of people. It was easy for him. Quick and simple- take the picture and simply walk away. But Luke couldn't help but feel drawn to the boy with hazel eyes. It was kind of unfair because he'd finally found the perfect model but he's in New-Fucking-York and of course he was in a taxi and not able to actually talk to the boy. He felt it was Karma saying "That's what you get for eating that extra cookie when you were 6." but Luke's a little dramatic (okay a lot dramatic) and was upset for the rest of the day.

Calum, Luke's best friend, noticed the second the younger boy walked through the door and listened to his rants about the most "perfect fucking human to walk this planet," and Calum's personal favorite "fuck this I'm done I'm going back to Australia." Calum just rubbed his back as his face was currently squished into the couch cushions.

"Do you wanna tell me about him?" Luke sighed because he knew this was coming and because he would've told him anyway.

"He's was just like, standing there looking all perfect and beautiful. His hair-ohmygod his hair-was in this perfect quiff," Luke began, "And his cheeks had a pink color to them and he had the most gorgeous eyes I've ever seen. They were hazel, Cal. He was just perfect and ugh I'm never going to see him again because he's perfect and I missed my opportunity and I'm stupid."

His words were slightly muffled due to the fact that his face was in the couch but Luke didn't have the energy to move himself. All Luke wanted to do was wallow in self pity because nothing works out for him.
