Part 37

Liz's POV

I woke up to the feel of sunlight in my eyes, I opened my eyes carefully and looked to my side to see the beautiful man that conquers my heart day after day. I smiled looking at him peacefully sleeping with his usual pout and he had a little smirk. I stretched a bit and my body felt sore, Kellin knew how to mark his territory. I smiled to myself, I could stare at him sleep for ages, he looks so at peace. He took a deep breath and yawn. "Good Morning sleeping sex machine." I said humor invading my tone and he laughed, "I am so going to put that on my Instagram bio." I giggled and he grabbed me putting me on top of him. "Morning gorgeous." He said smiling and he gave me a light kiss on my lips. "Sleep well?" I asked him and he nodded, "Yes I did, I always seem to fall in a deep sleep every time I sleep with you." He said pouting with a thoughtful face. "Well, looks like I'm your sleeping medicine too." I said smirking and he grinned, "Liz, you're the medicine for everything." He said hugging me bringing me close to his naked body. "I could lay like this forever." I said to Kellin closing my eyes, "Then lets stay like this." I put my chin on his chest and looked at him, "I'll think about it." I said kissing his chest. I felt something hard pressing against my belly. "Round two?" I asked cocking my head to one side and giggled. Kellin put a serious face and I stopped. "Fight!" He said in a Mortal Kombat voice and I laughed then squealed as he turned around and pinned me down. "Fatality." He said and we got lost in the sea of lust and passion. 

I got out of the bathroom and Kellin was laying on my bed. I put on an oversize gray t-shirt and some panties, and when I looked at the mirror my hair had waves, maybe from the beach yesterday. "You look beautiful." Kellin said and I turned around to see him looking at me, I crawled to the bed and sat Indian style in front of him. I cocked my head to one side letting my long hair fall to that side. "Wait! Don't move!" Kellin said and I was completely lost. He took out his phone and then I knew what was he going to do.  "Smile!" he said putting the camera of his phone on. I smiled but I didn't show my teeth, it was more like a sensual look. "Hey Liz?" Kellin asked calling for my attention. "What?" I asked him, "What do you call two Mexicans playing basketball?" He asked me as a joke, I thought for a seconds but nothing occurred to me, "I don't know, what?" I asked cocking my head once again, "A Juan on Juan." He said and I started to laugh, "That's the stupidest joke I've ever heard." I said throwing myself to the bed, "Made you laugh didn't it?" He said raising a brow looking at the pictures. "You look so beautiful when you smile." I smile at him and got closer our lips inches apart. "I love you Kellin Quinn and nothing will ever change that. If it took ten years to prove that we were meant to be together it's fine with me, I don't want you to slip through my fingers so easily. I will fight, I will brake walls, I would do anything if it means not to lose you." I said to him as I has stroking his cheeks, his eyes were filled with so much promise, "I know, and I'll be there to fight them with you, like I once promised." Kellin said with soft eyes and I leaned down and gave him a kiss and my phone started to ring and I groaned , "Rain-check." I said to him and he chuckled. I got up and reached for my phone that was on to of the drawer. When I saw the caller ID it was mom, her usual check up on me. "Hi mamma." I answered the phone and looked at Kellin who was also on his phone, on Instagram like always. My mom didn't answer back quickly and she was sniffling. "Mom? What's wrong?" I asked her starting to feel worried. "Oh mija!" She said and started to cry. "Mom what's going on talk to me." I insisted worry filling my body. "Your dad just passed away Elizabeth, Luis is gone. I'm so sorry." My world stopped, right there, right now. I froze, not a word came out of me. I dropped my phone and fell to my knees. I was emotionless I didn't knew how to react. I never noticed that Kellin was in front of me shaking me and yelling for my attention, but I couldn't hear him. I blinked a few times and noticed that Kellin had a horrified face, "Liz what's wrong!?" Dad.  My eyes started to fill with tears instantly blinding me, I started to cry helplessly in Kellin's chest and he held me close. I could hear his heart beating fast, he worried so much for me. "Liz, please tell me what's going on, my mind is killing me right now." He said in a soft voice. "Kellin, dad just passed away, and I didn't had the chance to say how much I love him or to say good-bye." He held me closer to him and he let me cry. "I'm sure he knows how much you do Liz, but I know how you feel." He said tightening his grip around me. I yelled for my dad, I cried like I've never cried before in my life. "What's happening?" Joy came running towards the room and saw us on the floor. The guys were all on the door looking in and had worried expressions. Joy knelt beside me and stroked my back. "Liz, what's wrong?" She asked and Kellin passed me over to her and he looked at me with understanding, I briefly nodded again and sobbed in Joy's arms. "Sweetie your scaring me, what happened." She asked holding me close, like a small child. "Dad just passed away." She gasped and held me tighter, "I'm so sorry Liz." I heard her say and her voice was cracking up. Joy was part of the family, even though I left my house and move to California she would so often visit my parents to check up on them and helped them to do anything around the house, she became someone really important to us. I felt her hot tears fall on my cheeks as we cried together, this is what I needed, comfort. "We have to go to Oregon." I whispered and she nodded. "I agree, do you want to go right away?" She asked looking at me, "Yeah, I'm going to start packing." I said wiping my nose with the back of my hand. "Ok me too, do you need something else?" She asked grabbing my face, "Just tell Kellin to come to me please." She nodded and smiled , kissing my forehead and leaving the room. I gently got up from the floor and went to my closet looking for a bag. "Liz?" I heard Kellin call for me quietly and I smiled at him sadly and went over to him and hugged him. "I'm going to Oregon, Joy is coming with me as well." I said looking up at him, "I know you are, and I'm coming too." He side and I was surprised. "What?" I asked stepping back, "I promised that I would be by you side in your good and especially on the worst. I'm going to pack some things from my apartment and I'll meet you back here before one ok?" He said and I was still trying to process every single word. I blinked a few times before nodding. He kissed my forehead. "By the way, the guys want to talk to you."  He whispered, he held my hand and guided me to the living room where the guys were. They all got up as they notice us come in. Kellin took a step back and the guys made a circle around me and they held hands. And Gabe started to pray... "Father, I pray for Luis Rodriguez and others in my circle of friends who are grieving for their loss. Give them strength throughout these times, be with them and protect them. Amen." He finished and I covered my mouth but a sob escaped and they all closed in to hug me. "Thank you guys." I whispered at them and they give me sad smiles. "Liz we'll be here with you always, you're family now." Said Justin and I hugged them tightly. "You guys are the best, when I come back from Oregon I'll make a huge dinner, I promise." I smiled at them and they hugged me once more. "We love you Liz!!" They all said in unison and I laughed. "Come on boys, Liz has to pack and so do I." Said Kellin and they agreed. "I'll be here in less than an hour, be ready ok?" Kellin said taking my chin with his fingers. I nodded and smiled, he kissed my forehead and left. "You should let your mom know." Joy said putting a hand on my shoulder. "No, I want to surprise her, bring her a little happiness right now, and she will be so thrilled to see you and Kellin." I said to her with a reassuring smile. "Alright then, let's get ready." She said and I agreed.
