Chapter Twenty-Two

Maddie's POV

Me and Harry walked into the school and we instantly were stopped by are little group of friends. I spotted one of the girls who I have became friends with from art and motioned for her to come over. "What's up with the matching outfits?" Niall asked munching on a granola bar. Harry explained to everyone that it was just some random mishap that had happened. I nodded and started to talk to my new found friend.

"Hey, Adam. How are you?" I asked to the girl who was looking at the little group. "I'm good, and you?" She replied and I gave her a warm welcoming smile, "I'm great!" She nodded and I couldn't help but yawn. I was still really tried and for some reason I wanted to go home and curl up. I was somewhat really tried form thinking about what would happen with my life after this week was over. Clearly I was turning 18 soon but that wasn't a big stepping stone. I needed more of a plan.

"So Adam, who are you taking to grad?" I asked, clearly trying to bring up the whole grad date thing. In most grads, everyone who was gradating had a date that they took to grad. Kinda like prom. Which with my luck was also this Friday. The gradation was held on Saturday and then Sunday was are first day of being free. "Umm...I am not going to the grad or prom with a date." She said slightly down.

"What do you mean? Your not going to grad or prom?" I tried to keep my voice at a hush level but everyone turned to me and Adam. She nodded slightly looking down at her feet. "Awe, don't be sad about it Adam. I will go with you. We will go as friends!" I declared and I saw everyone stare at me. "What? I don't have anyone to go with. And poor Adam here is the same." I tried to explain my reason. Niall shook his head and then took another bite of some other food he started to eat.

I looked around at everyone in the little group and they were staring at Adam. Something was wrong. Once everyone started to stare at me I was growing a tad bit annoyed. "Okay, I'm going to go to home room now." I said turning on my heel and leave without waiting for someone's answer. Leave felt like the best thing to do. I heard heavy quick passed foot steps behind me and I knew it was Harry. I turned around and he stumbled right into me knocking us both down the the ground. Him on top of me.

"Harry, why are you following me? Again?" I asked as if it was completely normal to be laying underneath a boy talking to him in the school hallway. "You looked annoyed. I was coming to see if you were mad." He said in a hushed voice. I nodded. "Is there something wrong with what I said?" I asked in hopes that I was perfectly in the clear. He shook his head no. Then he looked a bit puzzled, like he was thinking.

"Adam is... She's... She liked girls. And you saying that, well made it look like..." He trailed off trying to explain to me about what was going on. "So your telling me Adam is a lesbian?" I said with a slight laugh. "Harry, she's still human. And I'm still her friend." I said bluntly. "Just friends?" He asked. I nodded. "Your my one and only best friend!" I said trying to make him understand.

"And if you don't believe that I am into guys, I will show you. I swear to it. We might be best friends, but I highly don't care. I will show you I'm not into girls." I said looking into his eyes. He squirmed at bit on top of me and I squeaked out in a quite yet high squeal. When he squirmed he made both are lower regions brush and it sent me in a high of pleasure. His face turned a shade of pink and he then rolled off of me.

"Maddie, I'm sorry..." He started but I covered his mouth with my hand. "Explain later. Home room." I breathed out and then we walked off to home room without looking, talking or even glancing at each other.

Harry's POV

I was now trying to settle down my little friend below my waist. Once Maddie started to talk about showing me that she was into guys I started to get a small hard on. I didn't really mean to move myself the way I did but I accidentally brushed my lower region against hers and she squeaked in surprise. That's when it started to get harder. I rolled I've rid her trying to explain myself but she simple covered my mouth with her hand and told me to explain myself later.

I agreed to it because she seemed like she was trying to calm herself down for some reason and then she and I went right to home room. We didn't speak at all during the rest of the day, but since I had to drive the home I knew it would come up then.

It was the last hour of the day and all we did was set up for prom and grad. "Why are you and Maddie avoiding each other?" I heard Niall's think Irish accent come form behind me. I turned myself to face him. "We aren't avoiding each other." I simply stated. He looked at me and shook his head. I can tell when he knows something because he will either be very jumpy or he will be very disappointed. "Niall.." I began but he shushed me.

"What happened between the two of you? You guys are normally joking around and shit." He said raising one of his eye brows at me. "Nothing. Niall we are fine." I said running my hand through my hair. "A ha! Your lying to me." He said with a smirk. "Fine I am." I gave up and started to explain what happened. He started laughing.

"What?" I asked clearly confused. "How did you get rid of a full hard on? Especially in a school?" He started laughing harder. Clearly he was the one to be laughing at that part . I mean that was my own business to take care of. Which I did. Once I couldn't handle it tightening against my skinny jeans. I scolded at him, and was about to cuss him out about laughing at me when I heard a sweet voice boom up towards me.

"What's so funny?" I heard Maddie say form recently taking her spot beside me. I paled as Niall laughed harder. Now I was going to have a lot of explaining to do.

Okay! So I wrote this on Notes before I posted it on Wattpad. I am writing this at the 'lake' which is boring and I just am having the best time of my life. (Again sarcastic meow) I hate it at the lake. But anyway keep voting and commenting and reading! It makes me very happy!
