Good morning

The sun crept up on the horizon as you peered out the window. You laid comfortably on your bed as you felt a warm hand on your face. You open your eyes and see your boyfriend, Mark, brush some stray hairs out of your face. He smiles at you as he moves his hand down to your face. 

"Good morning" He said in his deep morning voice. 

"Morning" You smile.

Mark leans down and gently pecks your lips. A smile crept up at your lips as Mark's warmth left yours.

"Do you want something for breakfast?" Mark said as he sat up from the bed. 

"I didn't know you cooked?" You said as you sat up. 

"I don't... But I'll try for you" Mark chuckled as he got off the bed. 

A faint blush swept across your face. You smiled and got off the bed as well. Mark left the bedroom and went to the kitchen. You went into the bathroom and brushed your teeth. 

A few minutes later... 

You entered the kitchen and sit down at the small dining table. Mark swiftly walked around the dining table to hand you the food he prepared. 

"Sorry... I kind of burned the toast..." Mark said as he placed two slices of slightly burnt toast in front of you. 

"It's alright" You laugh as you spread some jam on it. 

Mark sat down next to you and rested his head on his arms. He quietly watch you as you took a bite of the toast. 

"Aren't you going to have some?" you ask as you extend your hand to him with the toast. 

"No, I'm fine. I made it for you," Mark said as he waved the toast away. 

You continue to spread the jam onto your bread. You eat most of Mark's bread when suddenly Mark finally gets out of the pose and gently pressed his thumb near your mouth. Your eyes widened. 

"You had some jam on your face" Mark smiled. 

You blushed wildly and grabbed a napkin and tried to wipe off any residue.
