Here We Go

What?

A/N: Sorry I've been crazy busy! Poetry at school and a dance competition. Hey all you ham fans. I have a fan instagram  jonalin.hamfan so if you would follow it would be great! Luv ya! Should I post some of my poems?

Third Person POV: 

Idina and James sat in the ultrasound room. They were waiting for the doctor; James looked at Idina. Sitting regally on the doctors chair thing. Finally the doctor walks in. 

"Hello Ms. Menzel and Mr. Snyder! Sorry I'm running way behind today." Doctor Kevins sits down by the computer, "so, Ms. Menzel-"

"Please call me Idina." Idina interjects. She turns to watch him bring up her file on the computer.  

"Sorry. Idina. So I see that your file shows that you have one son. He's six right?" Doctor Kevins shows her and James the picture. 

"Yes. That's my son Walker Nathaniel Diggs. He's six." Idina smiles at James. 

"Do you have any other kids? Because I don't see James Snyder as Walker's dad." Doctor Kevins looks confused. 

"Yes." James jumps in, "My son is living with us. His name is Oliver Snyder." 

"Oh that's very nice. OK, so Idina, shall we get started?" he stands up and washes his hands. 

"Yes! Definitely!" Idina relaxes and gets ready for the cold cream. 

After Doctor Kevins does the ultrasound but needs to send off for the results to tell Idina and James. "Can you please wait here for ten minutes? I will have the results then." 

"Of course!" James nods as the doctor leaves. He turns to Idina "How are you feeling?" 

"Mostly OK, I'm a little scared though." 

"It'll all be OK honey. Don't worry." he puts his hand on top of hers. 

Ten minutes later the doctor comes back with the results. "I have some good news and some bad news. Which do you want first?"

James sees Idina's look of pure panic. "The bad news please" he grabs Idina's hand. 

"Well. The bad news is that your baby has down syndrome. But." he pauses as Idina hugs James and starts to cry. "The good news is that, you're having twins!" 

"WHAT!?" James stands up quickly but Idina pulls him down.

"Yes! Congratulations! You are due in 5 months!" the doctor walks out with no more information. 

"Idina." he takes her hand, "let's go home. Tell Walk and Ollie,"

"Yes." she stands up and walks out. So much information had come so quickly she still hadn't fully processed it.
