Hospital Stay

A/N: I need suggestions guys! But thanks for commenting! I am thinking maybe more suspense? I hope you guys like this chapter!

Idina POV: I wake up drowsy in a white room. The shiny equipment blinded me and immediately I leaned over and barfed. I realized I must be in the hospital by the beeping of the machine. I guess the morphine must be wearing off because I feel the awful stabbing pain in my stomach. The nurse comes in and says, "Ms. Menzel are you feeling up to some visitors?"

"Who?" I ask deciding I wasn't ready for the whole If/Then cast yet.

"Just some woman named Kristin and Walker and your mom and sister and Natalie, Nadia and Jakie," she responded.

"OK, they can come in!" I said eager for the company of Cara, Walker and Kristin. They then all walked in.

Third Person POV:

"Momma!" Walker yelled as he bounded in the room. "Momma are you OK? Kris told me that you were not doing well!" Walker said. Idina looked at his face and saw he had not slept since she came in.

"I'm OK baby, I have a stomachache." she said trying not to worry him. The nurse came back in and asked to talk to Idina alone. "What is it?" asked Idina.

"It's just we figured out you overdosed on some prescription stress dealing meds. Did you know this would happen?"

"No," Idina answered truthfully; "I had no idea I was just so stressed out that I took some I guess to many."

"Also have you been sexually active recently?" the nurse asked.

"I- what does that have to do- NO- wait.... YES? Wait what?" Idina blurted out. She racked her brain for the last time she had sex. It came out blank until she remembered that first day when Walker went to Taye's. And that night in James's dressing room. "Yes," she said regretfully.

"Just so you know you are pregnant and also the father is James! Congrats!" All the information came so fast.

"I-what?" Idina spluttered.

"And you are almost one month congratulations!" the nurse said as she left.

Idina decided to tell Walker first. She would never get an abortion but she would have the baby/babies. I would still wait a little bit but I need to tell Kris. "Can you bring Kristin in here?" I asked the nurse who said her name was Halley.

Kristin POV: The first thing that came to mind when they called me in was that Idina was dying but I knew that wasn't true.

"Kris, I have to tell you something, I'm; I'm-"

"Dee, you can't die! I need you so does Walker! You can't have cancer!" I blurted and realized that was not what she was going to say. "Sorry, continue!" I said rushedly.

"Kris, I'm not dying. I'm just-" Idina struggled out. "Pregnant." she finished.

"Woah, Dee! That is awesome! Who's the dad?" I asked.

"James," she said, then she looked at me vomited and passed out.
