Here We Go

Telling

A/N: Idina has now left the hospital and is home she is about 2 months pregnant.

Idina POV: I'm at home now and I feel much better. I told Walker and he was happy. I just cant tell how to tell James. I have taken off work for a few days because I was sick but I'm going tomorrow. My baby bump is visible but only if I wear tight clothes so I'm wearing loose stuff. Joby got my If/Then costumes in bigger sizes so you can't tell. But my winter jacket hardly fits and seeing as it's almost January that could be bad.

Kristin POV: I am staying with Idina for a bit, at least until she finds her mom or James or whatever to stay. Poor her, at least Walker is 4 so he can go to preschool. I am pretty sure Idina should quit If/Then because she is feeling awful; and she is 2 months pregnant! Idina is having trouble with morning sickness this morning.

Third Person POV: "Kristin? Can you make Walker breakfast? I feel terrible!" Idina called from her bedroom. Kristin felt bad for her knowing that morning sickness sucks.

"Sure Dee, whatever you need," of course Walker felt like being difficult. "Kristin I will only eat if mommy makes it!" "But Walker honey remember mommy is pregnant and she doesn't feel very good. After arguments Walker eats and gets dropped off at school then Kristin comes back; she finds Idina eating breakfast slowly.

"Kristin can you come with me to the doctors? I don't want to go alone. I already told Tom and Brian I will be late to work. I should tell them I'm pregnant today to right?"

"Of course I'll come with you Idina! And yes you should just tell the whole cast. And James the extra part afterwards." Kristin began cleaning up from breakfast and Idina went to get dressed. She came out with a blue maternity shirt that was tight but looked good. Kristin knew Idina was self conscious about her weight always, even when she knew she was pregnant. Idina spent almost 20 minutes looking in the mirror; when it was time to go Kristin pulled the car up close because Idina had told her that her back was hurting. Idina gingerly got into the car and Kristin could tell she was nervous about this.

"Kris thanks for driving me," Idina said as she got out of the car. Today was a matinee and no late show for Idina because of the doctors appointment. Idina walked into the theater and called everyone onto the stage for an announcement. "Guys you are awesome and I have something to tell you. I'm pregnant!" she paused and everyone shouted congratulations. Tom and Brian told her that she could miss as many shows as she needed if she wasn't feeling well. "James come here please to my dressing room," he followed her and she looked him in the eye and said, "James you are this kids father," Idina waited for his response.

"I-I- Idina what? But we haven't had sex in like 2 months!" he is dumbfounded.

"James I am 2 months pregnant!" Idina protested.

"Idina we shouldn't have done that. Now your paying for it! I should just quit If/Then!"

"James no! It's OK just don't tell anyone." Idina closed the conversation.

Later right before the show everyone except Idina was meeting on stage. "Everyone as you know Idina has just told us that she is pregnant. This means especially you Jackie, but everyone has to be ready for anything! Idina could be feeling terrible right before the show, or she could throw up at intermission. If she leaves the stage in the middle of a scene it means you have to make it up. She can't come back on stage in that scenario. Got it?" Brian concluded. Everyone got it.
