"Hurry up y/n! We are gunna be late!" My best friend Beth yelled from down stairs. I finished putting all my things in my suitcase and made sure I had all my cute new clothes I bought! Me and my 3 best friends were going to cochella! We were fresh out of high school and we were supper stocked about going and having some fun! We were all single and ready to go get all prettied up!
We drove for 5 hours all the way to Palm Springs and got to the hotel.
We checked in and got up to our room. I plopped down on the bed and closed my eyes.
"Ugh I'm so excited about this!" I said with my eyes still closed.
"Me too! I'm even more excited about the cute boys!" Becca said laughing from inside the bathroom.
It felt good to be single, but I did dream about having a cute boy come up to me and try to talk to me.
Only thing is, I'm not anything special. But I'm not here to get boys! I'm here to have fun!
The next day we got all ready to go and headed for the desert!

" Yo gray, let's get ready to head out man!" Ethan yelled to me. I got up and took a shower. We arrived last night to our hotel and I am supper pumped to rock out these next 3 days!!
We got to the desert and walked around for at least a hour.
Right then, i saw the most beautiful girl I've ever seen in my life! She has blond hair and was tall and tan! I had to go say something to her.
"Yo E! U see that girl over there?" I asked Ethan.
"Yeah bro she's pretty!" He said nudging me.
"I'm gunna go talk to her!" I said tapping his chest and slowly walking over, losing confidence with every step.
I took a deep breath as I stood behind her.
"Ugh excuse me?" I said in a gentle voice.
She turned around, and she was even more beautiful then I thought. I didn't have a chance...Fuck me.
"Hi" she said sweetly.
"Ugh, so I saw u from over there and I think your really pretty! So can I ugh, maybe have your number?" I asked rubbing my arm.
"Oh sweetie, I have a boyfriend..." She said awkwardly.
I felt my face turn red and my body start to shake with embarrassment.
"Oh, okay well...I'm just gunna...u know ugh...leave. Umm yeah.." I said before turning around really fast and power walking back to Ethan. (I can imagine gray doing that 😂)
"How did it go!" Ethan asked enthusiastically.
"She had a boyfriend.." I said looking down and kicking some dust.
"Oh, I'm sorry man. But hey, we have to find Aaron and Harrison, they texted me Asking where we were" he said walking away, thinking I would follow.
"You know what, I'm gunna go get a smoothie" I said turning around the opposite way.
"Okay, I'll text you where we are when I find them! And hey man" Ethan said, putting a hand on my
Shoulder.
"Don't feel bad about the girl okay? When it's right, it will come out of no where. And it will be amazing!" He said smiling at me.
