At home, you were in the kitchen making dinner while Watari was resting on the sofa, being cared for by L. Whilst you were stirring the pan, you were thinking about your lifenote. 'I forgot about it after I saved Ryuusaki, I must be so interested in him!' You thought. Just then, the door was opened and Ryuu ran in.
"(Y/N)! What are you doing?" He cried. You looked down just in time to see the pan burst up in flames.
"Oh no! The caramel! The kitchen! The house!" You yelled, picking L up and dragging him out of the kitchen.
Outside you put L down and Watari had followed you out of the house.
"(Y/N)?" L said.
"Yes Ryuusaki?"
"You didn't have to pick me up, I could just have easily have ran the short distance from the kitchen to the front garden."
"Erm... I-I know..." You stuttered.
"But it is ok, I kind of liked it..." He muttered hoping you wouldn't hear.
"Oh yeah?" You grinned.
"Yes. It shows how much you care for me and want to keep me safe."
"W-well thankyou...?" You trailed off.
"I'm sorry to interrupt this beautiful moment of Ryuuzaki finally letting his emotions and social skills get to work, but I am just informing you I have called the fire brigade." Watari said, clearly fangirling at the first part of the sentence.
"And (Y/N)?" Ryuu began again as he took your hands in his. "Don't your hands hurt? They are severely burnt, and are bleeding." He said looking into your eyes. "Watari? Will you please call the ambulance? Thankyou." He nodded and Watari took out his phone.
