You lay weakly in your hospital bed, L clutching your hand. He squeezed it tightly and kissed you one last time. Then the doctors ushered him out of the room and they started moving your bed. They rushed you into the operating theatre where they started preparing multiple injections and scalpels. You felt your eyelids get heavy and your breathing slow. One of the doctors checked your pulse and sighed in relief. "Quick, she is still alive but she may not be for long!"
You looked desperately at the main doctor as he jabbed a needle in your arm, but it was too late. Your eyes closed and you stopped breathing.
You were dead.
