Ten years had gone by and Oswald was the most powerful mobster in Gotham. He and Red were the city's most beloved and most feared friends, taking control of imports and helping the police by giving out information. Jerome had taken to being called the Joker, and he and Red terrorized the city together often, both enjoying tricking the citizens.
Edward had gone off on his own as the Riddler, having kept his known symbol of a green question mark. Selina and Bruce were now Catwoman and Batman, a couple who hated to love each other and loved to hate each other. Gordon, although older and tired, still remembered his first day in Gotham; and his first meeting the criminals.
